ObjectiveAccording the domestic and foreign popular studies on DNA methylation and hepatocellular carcinoma immune, to draw up the prospective study between the expression of different TCM syndrome type in hepatocelluar carcinoma and DLC-1 gene methylation, Lay the foundation for standardization to promote liver cancer TCM Syndrome。 This research aims to evaluate the serum specimens using the methylation of DLC-1 gene in liver cancer intervention of different TCM syndrome types, standardization, objectivity。MethodsThis topic through prospective study to observe the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2014 May to 2013 December in Department of oncologyinpatient diagnosis of primary liver cancer cases, which were collected in 13 cases of group of damp heat in liver and gallbladder, liver and blood stasis phlegm groups 14 cases, liver qi stagnation and blood stasis group 15 cases,20 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis group, by comparing before admission and seven days after admission in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma group between DLC-1 gene methylation conditions, and relevant objective index in the group of patients, such as hemoglobin, platelet the function of blood coagulation, iver function of the statistical analysis, differences in assessment of liver cancer of different TCM syndrome type and DLC-1 gene。Results(1) The patients before treatment, the positive expression rate of DLC-1 gene methylation results:Stagnation of liver Qi stasis group> Qi deficiency and blood stasis group>Hepatic stasis phlegm guitar group>Damp heat in liver and gallbladder stasis phlegm group; the patients into groups after treatment, the positive rate of expression of DLC-1 gene methylation results:Hepatic stasis phlegm guitar group>Damp heat in liver and gallbladder stasis phlegm group> liver qi stagnation and blood stasis group>Qi deficiency and blood stasis group, Remind that patients before treatment and after the treatment in group DLC-1 gene methylation positive rate expressions may have some differences。 Before and after treatment for HCC patients into groups between DLC-1 gene methylation positive expression have no statistically significant (P>0.05); before and after treatment in Liver cancer between syndromes in groups that DLC-1 gene methylation positive expression have no significant (P>0.05); Although there have no statistically significant difference that DLC-1 gene methylation positive expression between both patients before treatment and after treatment in group of patients with hepatocelluar carcinoma, But it’s still definitely have differences between HCC patients into groups。(2) The comparison in hemoglobin is that stagnation of liver Qi stasis group and liver stasis phlegm guitar group、Qi deficiency and blood stasis group has significant difference (P<0.05); The comparison in platelet is that Qi deficiency and blood stasis group and stagnation of liver Qi stasis group have statistically significant differences (P<0.05); The comparison in AFP is that there have no statistically significant differences in four groups (P>0.05); The comparison in coagulation function is that there have no statistically significant difference in all groups of Liver cancer (P>0.05); The comparison in liver function is that liver Qi stasis group and Damp heat in liver and gallbladder stasis phlegm group、liver stasis phlegm guitar group> Qi deficiency and blood stasis group all have statistically significant differences (P<0.05)。It’s illustrates that there have some differences in objective indicator is associated between different TCM syndrome of Hepatocellular carcinoma, with clinical guiding significance.,ConclusionThere have certain differences between DLC-1 gene methylation expression and its related objective index in groups that patients with hepatocellular carcinoma syndrome type of TCM, especially liver Qi stasis group、Qi deficiency and blood stasis group, to provide certain clicinal basis of normal、 standardization、objectification in TCM syndrome of hepatocellular carcinoma on the future。...
