Objectives 1.This study aims to analyze the effect of body gamma knife treatment for liver metastasis of breast cancer on the immune system,we observed the dynamic changes of lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune functions in peripheral blood before and after gamma knife treatment for liver metastasis of breast cancer patients. Then we compared them with the indicators before and after surgical treatment for liver metastasis of breast cancer,so as to observe the differences.2.evaluate the efficacy of gamma knife in the treatment of liver metastasis of breast cancer and, analyze the differences in hospitalization time and quality of life between gamma knife and surgery in the treatment of liver metastasis of breast cancer to seek new treatment methods for liver metastasis of breast cancer. Methods 1 A total of 39 patients with breast cancer and liver metastasis admitted to the department of breast surgery of tangshan people's hospital from 2016 to 2018 were included in the study.According to the treatment intention of the patients,12 patients received surgery and 27 patients received gamma knife treatment.Flow cytometry and Guo Feng method were used to detect the expressions of CD 3~+T cells,CD 4~+T cells,CD 8~+T cells,NK cells,CD 4~+/CD 8~+,RBC-C3bRR,RBC-ICR and TER in patients'peripheral venous blood before and 1months after treatments.Among them, patients in the gamma knife treatment group were given high scores, short courses of treatment.Different dose lines around the target, layers of progressive irradiation mode, irradiation treatment once a day,5 times a week,2-3weeks to complete the treatment plan.Patients in the surgical treatment group received liver metastasis resection for breast cancer performed by surgeons in the same surgery group.2.RECIST criteria were used to evaluate the short-term efficacy of gamma knife in the treatment of liver metastasis from breast cancer.3.The hospitalization time of gamma knife treatment and surgical treatment was calculated, and QOL-C30 standard was used to evaluate the short-term quality of life of patients after gamma knife treatment and surgical treatment. Results 1.Statistical analysis of the expression levels of CD 3~+,CD 4~+,CD 8~+,CD 4~+/CD8~+,NK and RBC-C3bRR,RBC-ICR and TER before and after gamma knife treatment group and operation group showed that, before treatment, there was no significant difference in the above immunological indexes between the two groups(all P values were>0.05),and after treatment, there was no significant difference in the above immunological indexes between the operation group and the preoperative group(all P values were>0.05),whereas after gamma knife treatment, the above immunological indexes were significantly increased in all patients(CD 3~+:t=-3.078,P=0.005;CD 4~+:t=-4.746,P=0.000;CD 8~+:t=-2.188,P=0.038;CD 4~+/CD 8~+:t=-2.647,P=0.014;NK:t=-6.899,P=0.000;RBC-C3bRR:t=-17.296,P=0.000;RBC-ICR:t=18.825,P=0.000;TER:t=-77.587,P=0.000;).Evaluation indexes of efficacy after gamma knife therapy showed that 2 cases complete responsed(CR)(5.41%),12 cases partial responsed(PR)(32.43%),9 cases had stable disease(SD)(24.32%),3 cases had disease progression(PD)(8.11%),the objective response rate(ORR)was 37.84%(14/27),and the disease control rate(DCR)was 62.16%(23/27).Statistical analysis of QLQ-C30before and after treatment in the two groups of patients showed that there was no significant difference in the quality of life score before treatment between the two groups(all P values were>0.05),after treatment, the score of the surgical treatment group was significantly lower than that before surgery(P<0.05),whereas after gamma knife treatment, there were no significant differences in body function, physiological function, psychological function and social function scores between the patients before and after gamma knife treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions 1.The expression levels of CD 3~+,CD 4~+,CD 8~+,NK,CD 4~+/CD 8~+and RBC-C3bRR and TER in lymphocyte subsets of patients with liver metastasis after gamma knife therapy were significantly increased and the RBC-ICR was significantly decreased.2.Gamma knife treatment had no significant effect on the quality of life of patients with liver metastasis from breast cancer.Figure 2;Table 7;Reference 87...
