| Objectives To observe the efficacy and effect on intestinal mucosal immune barrie of Mutu tongtiao recipe combined with Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in treating UC with liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type.Methods From August 2017 to November 2018,among the patients with ulcerative colitis(liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency type)who were clearly diagnosed and qualified in the department of spleen and stomach diseases by the TCM of Tangshan hospital,80 patients diagnosed with mild-to-moderate ulcerative colitis patients were selected,according to the order of doctor of the random number table method.The treatment group had 40 patients,and the control group also had 40 patients.The control group was treated with Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with Mutu tongtiao recipe concoction.The total course of treatment was 8 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,Mayo clinic scores,Baron endoscopy scores,serum immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG),serum T cell subsets(CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8)and other indicators of the two groups were observed.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was comprehensively evaluated by statistical analysis.Results 1)In the course of treatment,1 patient in the treatment group fell off and 1 patient in the control group fell off,and finally,39 cases in the treatment group and 39 cases in the control group were included in the statistical analysis.2)Before treatment,the gender,age,course of disease,Mayo scores,Baron endoscopy scores,serum immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG),serum cell subsets(CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8)and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were statistically analyzed,and the differences between the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).3)The treatment results showed that there were 6 cases got the clinical remission in the treatment group,15 cases were in the significant effect,14 cases were in the effective,and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 89.7%.There were 3 patients with clinical remission,8 patients were in significant effect,20 patients were with effective effect,and 8 patients were with ineffective effect.The total effective rate was 79.5% in the control group.By rank-sum test,the total effective rate of the two groups was analyzed.Z=-2.255,P(0.024)<0.05.The difference between the two groups was significant.4)Evaluation and Comparison of TCM Syndrome Points: The decrease degree of TCM main symptom scores(including diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucous pus and blood stool)and secondary symptoms scores(including chest pain,fatigue,epigastric depression,abdominal distension)in the treatment group was exactly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of TCM symptoms after treatment both in the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower than that before treatment,P(0.000)<0.05.5)After treatment,the Mayo scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,Z=-1.992,P(0.046)<0.05;the scores of Baron endoscopy in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,Z=-2.034,P(0.042)<0.05.The serum immunoglobulin(IgA,IgG)and serum cell subsets(CD3,CD8,CD4/CD8)in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P(0.000)<0.05.6)Safety and efficacy evaluation: Patients were followed up after the treatment,no abnormalities were found,that is,there were no obvious adverse reactions observed in either group.Conclusions Mutu tongtiao recipe combined with Mesalazine enteric-coated tablet for the treatment of ulcerative colitis(liver-stagnationand spleen-deficiency type)has a satisfactoryclinical effect,Compared with the single use of Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,it can obviously alleviate the symptoms of ulcerative colitis,such as diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus,pus and blood stool,and chest swelling pain,fatigue,epigastric boredom,and abdominal distension.It can obviously promote the repair of intestinal mucosal immune barrier in patients with ulcerative colitis.It was proved that Mutu tongtiao recipe combined with Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally in the treatment of ulcerative colitis was effective.Figure0;Table21;Reference 110... |
