| Objectives 1 Delphi method was used to explore and construct the scale of knowledge,attitude and behavior of primary caregivers for the elderly housebound to test its reliability and validity.2 To investigate the status quo of the primary caregivers in preventing the elderly housebound,and analyze relevant influencing factors,so as to provide effective basis for improving the elderly housebound.Methods 1 By consulting relevant literatures and referring to the Chinese version of the housebound state scale,the preliminary scale was developed with the theory of knowledge,attitude and behavior as the framework.2 In order to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale,220 elderly people and their caregivers in a community in Tangshan were investigated.Pearson correlation coefficient and t test were used for scale item analysis.Internal consistency reliability and retest reliability evaluation scale were used.Content validity and structure validity were used to evaluate the validity of the scale.3From March 2018 to April 2018,836 elderly people and their primary caregivers in a 3community in Tangshan were surveyed by using the self-designed main caregivers' e knowledge,attitude and behavior scale,general situation survey scale,social support scale and care burden scale.T-test,variance analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the knowledge,attitude,behavior status and influencing factors of the primary caregivers.Results 1 Based on the knowledge,attitude and behavior theory,the preliminary item pool contains 49 items.In the two rounds of expert consultation,one expert withdrew from the second round due to a temporary problem.The overall authority coefficients of the experts were 0.88 and 0.90 respectively,which were both > and 0.8.Experts write to delete in the first round 10 entries(knowledge dimension 1 item,attitude dimension 9 items),increase the attitude dimension 4 items,modify five entries(knowledge dimension 2 items,behavior dimension 3 items),the second round of expert advice no entries to delete,modify the four items(knowledge dimension three entries,behavior dimension 1 entry),formed the initial scale including three dimensions(knowledge,attitude and practice),a total of 43 items.2 Reliability test results: the Cronbach's ? coefficient of the total table was0.938,and the Cronbach's ?coefficient of knowledge,attitude and behavior dimensions were 0.959,0.933 and 0.949,all >0.9.The retest reliability of the scale was 0.922,and the retest reliability of knowledge,attitude and behavior were 0.908,0.880 and 0.923,all >0.8.Validity test results: the content validity of the scale was 0.967>0.9.Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 60.278%,>40%.The correlation coefficient between each dimension was 0.384 ~0.428,and the correlation coefficient between each factor and the total score was 0.575 ~0.798,and the correlation was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 The primary caregivers who had no knowledge of elderly housebound and whose credit scores were at or below the average level.Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the old man's cultural degree,caregivers cultural degree,whether retirement,marital status,income,whether disease,the degree of relationship with the old man,and the old man live together time,social support and care of burden is the major caregivers don't know that occupy the home for the elderly nobuyuki factors,explain the main caregivers for the elderly housebound know nobuyuki 62.2% of the variance.Conclusions 1 This study completed the preliminary preparation of the primary caregiver's scale for the elderly homebound knowledge,attitude and behavior.The primary caregiver had good reliability and validity for the evaluation scale of the elderly's knowledge,attitude and behavior,which could be used to evaluate the primary caregiver's knowledge,attitude and behavior.2 The education level of the elderly,the caregiver's gender,education level,whether retired,marital status,monthly income,whether sick,the degree of relationship with the elderly,living time with the elderly,social support,care burden are the main factors that the caregivers prevent the elderly housebound of the Knowledge,Attitude,Practice Assessment.Figure0;Table23;Reference 93... |
