Effect Observation Of Deanxit Of Anxiety And Depression Among Patients With Bronchiectasis And Its Determinants

Objectives 1 By observing the clinical effect of Deanxit to anxiety and depression among patients with bronchiectasis,compared with the conventional therapy group,we can find out whether the decrease degree of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores,the clinical symptoms and the improvement degree of lung function in the Deanxit group are better than those in the conventional treatment group,and provide the direction for the treatment of anxiety and depression among patients with bronchiectasis.2 To analyze the factors influencing the clinical effect of Deanxit on bronchiectasis with anxiety and depression.Methods 1 Research object Among the 132 patients diagnosed as bronchiectasis complicated with anxiety and depression those who were selected from admitted the Respiratory Department,Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology from May 2017 to January 2019,after screening for exclusion criteria,124 patients with bronchiectasis complicated with anxiety and depression were studied finally.The subjects were randomly divided into observation and control group.2 Reaserch methods The subjects,gender,age,weight,height,smoking history,education,marital status,economic conditions,job,levels of dyspnea,disease duration,the number of readmissions,blood gas analysis and pulmonary function were collected.The control group was treated with routine expectoration,anti-inflammation,spasmolysis,antiasthmatic,oxygen inhalation and other symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was on the basis of conventional treatment plus Deanxit.Usage: one tablet per meal,taken orally,once in the morning and afternoon.After two weeks,we could compare the changes and significance of various indicators in the two groups.According to whether the observation subjects,scores were improved or not,we could analyse the factors affecting the efficacy of Deanxit.Results 1 There was no significant difference in the gender composition ratio,age,body massindex(BMI),smoking history,education,marital status,economic conditions,job,levels of dyspnea,disease duration,the number of readmissions and blood gas analysis between observation group and control group(P>0.05).2 Before treatment,there were no significant difference in pulmonary function(including FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC,PEF),HAMA and HAMD scores between the observation group and the control group(P> 0.05),indicating that the pulmonary function and HAMA,HAMD scores were comparable between the two groups.After two weeks of treatment,the mean FEV1,FEV1%pred,FEV1/FVC,PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the mean HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly lower than those in the control group(P > 0.05).3 Analysis of the factors influencing the efficacy of Deanxit: Economic conditions,sleeping quality and marital status were the risk factors of Deanxit for anxiety in patients with bronchiectasis(P<0.05);and the risk factor of Deanxit for depression in patients with bronchiectasis were female gender(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 By paying attention and intervention of Deanxit to the psychological state of patients with bronchiectasis,we could improve the pulmonary function,significantly improve the clinical symptoms of respiratory system and the symptoms of anxiety and depression of patients,improve the quality of life,which had definite therapeutic effect.2Bad financial condition,poor sleep and lack of partner in marital status were the risk factors of Deanxit for anxiety in patients with bronchiectasis;and the risk factor of Deanxit for depression in patients with bronchiectasis was female gender.Figure 0;Table 16;Reference 48...
