| objective :Gastrointestinal dysfunction is common in elderly patients with diabetes,The traditional therapy for gastrointestinal dysfunction is unsatisfied.In elderly patients with Type 2 diabetes often accompanied by anxiety depression symptoms at the same time.This study is to assess the clinical efficacy of Deanxit in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in elderly Type 2 diabetic patients with anxiety and depression.Methods : Selection patients with type 2 diabetes of geriatrics and endocrinology in hospital,application of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)rate,to evaluate the patient whether have anxiety or depression.104 elderly Type 2 diabetic patients diagnosed with Gastrointestinal dysfunction and anxiety depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,52 cases of patients in each group.Both groups were given corresponding drugs.he treatment group add a Deanxit on this basis.These treatments lasted 8weeks.All patients were clinical symptom score,total effective,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)evaluation after treatment.Results :1.In 543 cases of elderly patients with Type 2 diabetes in hospital,the prevalence of depression is 12.7%;Anxiety prevalence is3.3%,with the prevalence of anxiety depression was 23.4%.At the same time,in patients with gastrointestinal anxiety and(or)depressionassociated with gastrointestinal dysfunction.The total efficiency of Clinical improvement was 86.5% in the treatment group,the control group was 63.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression scores in treatment group was significantly lower than the control group after eight weeks.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :In elderly patients with Type 2 diabetes often accompanied by anxiety depression symptoms.Deanxit not only can improve the patient’s anxiety depression symptoms,and can improve patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. |
