Sinisijuntang and Deanxit’s efficiency of treatment diarrhea of IBS with anxietyand depression.Objectiv:The topic adopt the medthods of the integration of elinieal researchobserving sinisijuntang and Deanxit’s efficieney of treatment diarrhea of irritablebowel syndrome,exploring the meehanism and security with dampness一heatin lowerenergizer.Method：(1)A total number of65inPatients conforming with the standardentered thetrial and were randomly dividedin to observation group(with the number of35)andeontrol group(with the number of30)(2)The observation group were givensinisijuntang,20Oml pero2times a day and were given Deanxit,1piece a day,in themorning,While controlled group were given shenbeiguchang,4pieces per day,3timesa day. And8weeks make up one period of treatment.(3)After completion one periodof treatment,there rsults of two group are measured and scored according to c1inicalsymptoms,sings and laboratory examination and effectiveness are assessed.(4)Thedata of trial was analyzed by the use of SAS. Result：The total effect rate of observation group is91.4%.The control group is56.7%.There is statistically difference between two groups (p<0.05).Both observationgroup and eontrol group have significant effect.Conclusion：The sinisijuntang and deanxit is one of the safe and effective treat methodfor treating diarrhea of irritable bowel syndrome.
