Objectives By observing the curative effect of 131I on patients with Graves disease?GD?for one year, the related factors affecting the clinical outcome of 131I on patients with GD were analyzed, which provided theoretical basis for individualized treatment of different patients and comprehensive and accurate evaluation of prognosis of patients. Methods A cohort study was conducted to collect GD patients treated with iodine 131(131I)from December 2016 to December 2017 in the Department of nuclear medicine and endocrinology of our hospital. The follow-up was completed from December 2017 to December 2018.The follow-up lasted for one year, and 194 patients were included in the study.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and the counting data were expressed by the constituent ratio?%?.2 test was used to compare the data between groups, and logistic model was used to fit the multivariate analysis. The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Results 1 The total effective rate of GD patients after 131I treatment was 80.4%,of which52.0%were cured,28.4%were hypothyroidism, and 19.6%were not cured.2 Univariate analysis showed that there was no significant difference in gender, age, number of 131I,nodules,TSH,FT3,FT4,RI and curative effect?P>0.05?.The course of disease, whether oral ATD,thyroid autoantibody, maximum RAIU and peak time, thyroid texture, thyroid quality,PSV and 131I dosage before treatment were compared with the curative effect, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.3 Three logistic regression analysis showed that thyroid autoantibody, maximum RAIU and peak time, thyroid quality, dosage of PSV and 131I were the key factors affecting the curative effect. The recovery rate and hypothyroidism rate increased with the prolongation of the peak time of the highest RAIU and the increase of 131I dosage. The recovery rate and hypothyroidism rate decreased with the increase of the highest RAIU,thyroid quality and PSV level. In addition, the recovery rate and hypothyroidism rate decreased when TRAb became positive and TPOAb became negative. Conclusions 1 131I treatment of GD is effective, with a total effective rate of 80.4%.2Thyroid autoantibody, maximum RAIU and peak time, thyroid quality,PSV and 131I dosage are the key factors affecting the efficacy.Figure2;Table15;Reference138...
