Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Human Caring For Hospital Patients

Objective 1.To explore the views of inpatients and outpatients,nurses and managers on the evaluation indicators of human caring.2.Establish the evaluation index system of human caring of hospital patients based on literature research,qualitative interviews and expert consultation.3.To further guide and standardize the management of human caring for hospital patients and improve the effectiveness of human caring.Methods 1.Literature research Systematically reviewing the literature and books on human caring at home and abroad to understand the development status of human caring and its evaluation tools,and to formulate an interview outline for evaluating the human caring of hospital patients.2.Phenomenological research Objectives sampling method was used to select 17 nursing managers,clinical nurses and patients for semi-structured in-depth interviews to understand the views of different groups on human caring measures,defects and evaluation indicators of hospital nursing,and to refine evaluation indicators.3.Delphi expert consultation According to the preliminary index design consultation form,16 nursing human caring specialists,nursing management specialists and nursing psychological specialists from different regions of China were selected for expert consultation.Based on the experts’ suggestions,the dimensions and items were adjusted and compared by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation index system of nursing human caring for hospital patients was established.Results 1.Qualitative interviews with hospital nursing managers,clinical nurses and patients on the evaluation index of nursing humanistic care abstracted four themes: human caring environment,human caring needs,human caring implementation,human caringeffectiveness.2.The recoveries of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation questionnaires were 80% and 100%,and the authoritative coefficients of experts were 0.92 and 0.94,respectively.The average value of each index in the first round of expert consultation was 3.94-4.88,and the full score ratio was 18.75-87.50%.According to the expert opinion and the requirements of the indicators,the indicators that did not meet the requirements were eliminated.The indicators in the second round of expert consultation were assigned 4.00-4.94,and the full score was 18.75%-87.50 The ratio is 25%-93.75%,and the scores are in line with the requirements.3.Finally,the evaluation index system of human nursing care for hospital patients was determined.There were 6 dimensions(nursing human caring management,nursing human caring environment,nursing human caring relationship,nursing human caring needs assessment,nursing human caring implementation,nursing human caring effectiveness)and 47 items.The consistency ratio of all indicators was less than 0.1,which accorded with random consistency index.Conclusion 1.This study combines the viewpoints of hospital nursing managers,clinical nurses and patients,takes management as guarantee and patient needs as guidance,establishes and maintains the evaluation index system of human caring of hospital patients at hospital level and patient level through practical care,establishment and maintenance of care relationship and effectiveness evaluation.The research results are scientific,feasible and oriented.2.The construction of evaluation index system of humanistic care for patients in hospital can provide guidance and norms for nursing staff in caring practice,provide scientific methods and tools for medical institutions to evaluate the degree and effect of humanistic care for nursing,and promote the implementation of humanistic care.
