Objective:To describe the status of health behaviors and care behaviors of family caregivers and self-management behaviors of type 2 diabetes patients. To analyze the general information on affecting self-management behaviors and to explore the association of family caregivers'health behaviors, care behaviors and patients'self-management behaviors. In order to provide a scientific basis for improving the health behaviors, care behaviors and self-management behaviors. Methods:From September 2017 to October 2018,400 diabetes patients and 400 family caregivers were selected by convenient sampling methods from three Grade A tertiary hospitals in Urumqi and Shihezi. The survey tools were used:General Information Questionnaire,Diabetes Self-Management Behavior Scale,Health Promotion Lifestyle Scale and Family Caregiver Care Behavior Questionnaire.Using SPSS 23.0 and Amos21.0 to analyze the validity and reliability. The mean±standard deviation was used to describe the self-management behaviors of the patients, the health behaviors and the care behaviors of the caregivers;the t-test,analysis of variance and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors;the pearson correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and mediation effect model were used to analyze the relationship between the three.Results:1.The Family Caregiver Care Behavior Questionnaire's EFA extracted 6 factors and the cumulative contribution rate was 72.70%.CFA yielded:X~2/df=1.390<2,RMSEA=0.046,NFI=0.905,RFI=0.886,IFI=0.972,ILI=0.971,CFI=0.971,GFI=0.853.The total Cronbach's?coefficient of the questionnaire was0.959.The questionnaire had good validity.2.The average score of the health behaviors of family caregivers was 105.34±17.47,and the score index was 65.83%,which was at a medium level;the average score of the care behaviors of family caregivers was 96.53±22.39,and the score index was 66.57%,which was at a medium level.3.The average score of self-management behaviors of type 2 diabetes was 86.63±17.06,and the score index was 66.64%,which was at a medium level. The scores of each dimension from high to low:abnormal blood glucose was 70.05%,exercise behavior was 69.20%,drug management behavior was 69.03%,foot care was 59.92%,and the diet behavior was 55.50%.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that patients'occupational status, complications, disease duration, health status and cognitive behaviors were statistically significant in patients'self-management behavior(P<0.05),of which F=9.164,R~2=0.2,adjust R~2=17.8%.4.Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total scores of family caregivers'health behaviors and their dimensions were positively correlated with the total scores of care behaviors and each dimension;the total scores of family caregivers'health behaviors and the total dimensions of self-management behaviors of patients. The total scores of family caregivers'care behaviors and their dimensions were positively correlated with the total scores of self-management behaviors of patients and each dimension.5.Care behaviors play a part in mediating between family caregivers'health behaviors and patient self-management behaviors.Conclusion:1.The family caregiver care behavior questionnaire had been tested with good reliability and validity.2.The level of the health behaviors of family caregivers was at a medium level;the level of the care behaviors of family caregivers was at a medium level.3.The level of the self-management behaviors of patients with type 2 diabetes was at a medium level, and the scores of foot care are at a low level, indicating that the practice of foot care was still weak. The patient's occupational status, complications, course of disease, health status, and awareness of care behavior are factors influencing the patient's self-management behavior.4.There was a correlation between family caregivers'health behaviors, care behaviors and patient self-management behaviors.5.The care behavior acts as a partial intermediary between health behaviors and patient self-management behaviors.
