Objective: The rate of cesarean section is high all over the world. Many pregnant women choose cesarean section as their preferred delivery method, and there is a close relationship between pregnant women's willingness to give birth and cesarean section rate.At present, most of the researches on pregnant women's willingness to give birth explore the main effect of the influencing factors of the willingness to give birth. The purpose of this study is to combine the conditional inference tree in machine learning with the logistic regression of multiple results in classical statistics to explore the main effect and interactive effect of the influencing factors affecting the willingness to give birth. On the one hand, how to use conditional inference tree and logistic regression to screen the main effect and interaction effect of factors in the case of disordered multi-classification of outcome variables is proposed. On the other hand, through exploring the influencing factors of early birth intention, early intervention should be carried out for pregnant and pregnant women and their related groups to make them choose reasonable birth mode and reduce the unreasonable rate of cesarean section. Methods: 1.Study design: This study randomly selected within the scope of the four counties in chongqing,as of January 2019,recruited 1220 women, around and through the questionnaire form, from the population, family history and social environment, maternal pregnant women their own behavior(mental)examined the four perspectives of women childbirth will influence the early stages of pregnancy(< 15 weeks).2.Statistical methods: The conditional inference tree was combined with the logistic regression of multiple results, and the main effect and interactive effect of influencing women's willingness to give birth in early pregnancy were explored by means of stepwise regression. Results: 1.The results of the conditional inference tree show that there may be an interaction between parental advice, knowledge of pregnancy and delivery time; There may be an interaction between parental advice, knowledge of pregnancy and the delivery mode of surrounding mothers;Parental advice and husband advice may play a role simultaneously in influencing the pregnant woman's choice of birth intention.2.The "depending on the situation vs.vaginal delivery" results in multi-outcome logistic regression showed that there were more cesarean sections(OR=2.121,95%CI:1.397-3.220,P=0.0004)women with similar vaginal delivery and cesarean delivery(OR=1.412,95%CI:1.034-1.928,P=0.0297)prefer to choose as the case may be;Friends suggest that women who have vaginal delivery are more inclined to vaginal delivery(OR=0.529,95%CI:0.377-0.741,P=0.0002).Transparturient women are more likely to choose vaginal delivery than first-time women(OR=0.391,95%CI:0.290)0.529,P < 0.0001);Women with a history of induced abortion were more likely to choose vaginal delivery(OR=0.615,95%ci :0.460-0.823,P=0.0011).Both parents and husbands suggest that women who have vaginal delivery are also more likely to choose vaginal delivery(OR=0.461,95%CI:0.318-0.668,P <.0001).3.The results of "cesarean section vs.vaginal delivery" in the logistic regression of multiple results showed that women with a monthly family income of more than 5,000 yuan were more willing to choose cesarean section than those with a monthly family income of less than 3,000 yuan(OR=2.648,95%CI:1.144-6.131,P=0.023).Cesarean section is more likely to be chosen by women with more surrounding mothers(OR=2.632,95%CI:1.028-6.740,P = 0.0437);Compared with the lower group, women with more knowledge of childbirth are more willing to choose vaginal delivery(OR=0.402,95%ci :0.171-0.948,P=0.0374).Older pregnant women are more likely to choose cesarean section than non-elderly pregnant women(OR=7.494,95%CI:2.405)23.349,P = 0.0005);Compared with first-time parturients, transparturients were more willing to choose cesarean section(OR=0.255,95%CI:0.114-0.569,P=0.0009).Women whose parents do not recommend vaginal delivery, who have a low knowledge of maternal delivery and who have a large number of surrounding non-vaginal deliveries are more likely to choose cesarean section(OR=3.939,95%ci :1.408-11.017,P=0.009).Conclusion: 1.When the result variables are disordered and multiple classification, the combination of conditional inference tree and classical logistic regression can screen out the main effect and interaction effect, and has a good explanatory effect.2.The research suggests that in the early stage of pregnancy, the pregnant women and the surrounding population should be intervened, and more care should be given to the pregnant women,so as to promote the pregnant women to choose a reasonable mode of delivery,so as to reduce the unreasonable cesarean section rate.
