Objective:To understand and analyze the status quo and influencing factors of cancer-related fatigue and hope level of patients with esophageal cancer in Hebei Province;to explore the correlation between cancer-related fatigue and hope level of patients with esophageal cancer in Hebei Province;From the point of view of psychological hope level,it provides a theoretical basis for improving the fatigue degree and quality of life of esophageal cancer patients in Hebei Province.Methods:This topic focuses on descriptive research,according to the geographical distribution of 11 prefecture level cities in Hebei Province.From January to October,2018,500 patients with esophageal cancer were conveniently selected from Qinhuangdao First People's Hospital,Hebei People's Hospital,Handan Central Hospital,Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College and Cangzhou Central Hospital,investigated by self-made questionnaire,Piper Fatigue Assessment Revised Scale and Hearth Hope Scale.After data compiled,SPSS22.0 is used for processing and analysis.Results:1.The overall average score of cancer-related fatigue in 462 patients with esophageal cancer was?5.76±1.95?,with severe fatigue as the main cause,and the incidence of fatigue was 88.96%.Behavioral and cognitive fatigue were mainly moderate fatigue,which were divided into?5.50±2.34?and?5.57±1.99?;Physical and emotional fatigue were mainly severe fatigue,with an average score of?5.94±2.23?and?6.10±2.20?.2.One-way ANOVA analysis of cancer-related fatigue in patients with esophageal cancer showed that:there were significant differences in sex,age,economic status,disease stage,diagnosis time,treatment methods and whether accompanied by other diseases?p<0.05?.3.Multivariate regression analysis of cancer-related fatigue in patients with esophageal cancer showed that age,stage of disease and,chemotherapy,surgical chemotherapy and whether accompanied by other diseases were the main influencing factors.The regression equation was Y=81.575+0.310X2+11.523X4+15.065X7+15.357X8-8.346X9.4.The total average hope level of 462 patients with esophageal cancer ranged from 34.18 to 4.36.Among them,302 patients ranged from 36 to 46,that is to say,65.37% of patients with esophageal cancer had a high hope level.In addition,the three dimensions of hope level scored from high to low were keeping close contact with others,taking positive action,and positive attitude towards reality and future.5.One-way ANOVA analysis showed that marital status,family location,economic status,diagnosis time,disease stage and treatment were all factors affecting the level of hope of esophageal cancer patients.6.Multivariate analysis of hope level of esophageal cancer patients showed that marital status and therapeutic tool were the main factors affecting hope level of esophageal cancer patients.The two factors could explain 12.7% of the variance.The regression equation was Y=37.345-1.976X1-2.432X8-3.456X9-4.638X10.7.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between cancer-related fatigue and hope level in patients with esophageal cancer?r=-0.364,P<0.01?.Conclusion:1.The incidence of cancer-related fatigue in 462 patients with esophageal cancer was higher,mainly severe fatigue,and emotional and physical fatigue was more serious in the four dimensions.Gender,age,economic status,disease stage,diagnosis time,treatment means and whether accompanied by other diseases were the influencing factors of esophageal cancer patients,and age,disease stage andchemotherapy,surgical chemotherapy,whether accompanied by other diseases were the most important influencing factors.2.462 cases of esophageal cancer showed high level of hope,and the influencing factors were marriage.Marriage status,family location,economic status,diagnosis time,stage of disease and treatment means,while widowhood and treatment means are the main influencing factors in marital status.3.Cancer-related fatigue is negatively correlated with the level of hope in patients with esophageal cancer,and emotional fatigue is most closely correlated with the level of hope.
