The Effect Of Immediately EKG Of The CHD Patients By Electro-acupuncturing And Moxibusting Shendao And Zhiyang Belonging To Governor Vessel

Objective: Through comparision observing the effect of immediately EKG of the CHD patients by electro-acupuncturing and moxibusting shendao and zhiyang belonging to governor vessel,in order to compare the two ways,and to understand the correlated speciality between governor vessel and zangfu and to provid evidence for choosing better treatment in clinic, we compare the difference between the acupunctur and moxibustion with zangfu in affecting zangfu diseases. At the same time we also observe whether they both have corperative or in-corperative effect.Methods:Choosing self-comparision method in order to reduce error,35cases clinical diagnosed as CHD were observed, among whom 3 cases had lost, so in fact 32 cases were observed The alteration of ST part and T wave between before electro-acumox and withdrawal of acumox at 5min,15min,30min,60min instantly were observed respectively. Through self control and compared to the control group, carry on the statistical analysis to the results.Results: Both electro-acupuncturing and moxibusting shendao and zhiyang can improve the patients' EKG of ischemic heart disease and the effects have some difference. The matched group is superior to the electro-acupuncturing group,and the electro-acupuncturing group is superior to the moxibusting group .Using the two acupoint at the same time can show significant corperative effect.Conclusion: Electro-acupuncturing group is superior to moxibusting group,but is not as good as the matched group. And all the results showed that acumoxing each point belongs to governor vessel can regulate adjust zangfu function. And moxibusting can be check when we treat hart diseases. But the reason why we have those results need our further studying.
