Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Anorexia Of Epigastric Type By Rubbing Abdomen And Kneading Ridges

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of massage on infantile anorexia of epigastric type,and to provide a reference for the treatment of anorexia of infantile anorexia with anorexia of epigastric typeMethod:Sixty children from the Rehabilitation Center of the second affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine,pediatric massage clinic,paediatrics clinic,ward and 60 cases of anorexia who were diagnosed as anorexia epigastric type of food stagnation were selected according to the random number table method.They were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The observation group was treated mainly by rubbing abdomen and kneading ridge,while the control group was treated with traditional manipulation.Before and after treatment,the children in the two groups were treated with 2 courses of treatment(6 days as a course of treatment,rest for 1 day)through the change of symptom score,clinical curative effect and cure rate.The curative effect of TCM syndrome and the telephone follow-up after 1 month to inquire about the recurrence,to observe the effect of rubbing abdomen kneading ridge on food stagnation and epigastric stagnation.The influence of anorexia in children of type?Result:1.Clinical efficacy and cure rate:The total effective rate was 90%in the observation group and 87%in the control group(P<0.05).The cure rate was 50%in the observation group and 33.3%in the control group.The observation group was superior to the control group2.Curative effect of TCM syndrom:The total effective rate was 97%in the observation group and 93%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group3.TCM symptom integral:The main symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment,which were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group in improving the main symptoms of the children.The score of secondary symptoms in the two groups decreased after treatment,which was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups in epigastric distension and pain,defecation and belching(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the observation group was in the improvement of epigastric distension and pain,and the stool was not adjusted.The symptoms of qi were better than those of the control group,and the other two groups were effective,but there was no comparability.4.Recurrence rate follow-up:One month after treatment,the recurrence rate of the two groups was 80%in the observation group and 50%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusions:1.The treatment of anorexia in children with anorexia due to stagnation of stomach is effective.2.Moabdominal kneading ridge is mainly superior to the traditional method in epigastric distension and pain,defecation and belching,and the other secondary diseases are incomparable.
