Object:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of facial nerve inflammation treated by oblique of facial muscle, and to provide the basis for its treatment,so as to improve the clinical effect and reduce the physiological and psychological burden of patients. Methods : All the 60 patients were selected from the acupuncture ward and outpatient department of the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine, the shortest course was 8 days and the longest was 30 days,The shortest course of illness was 8 days, the oldest30 days, the youngest 18 years, the oldest 59 years.Sixty patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group, both groups began acupuncture treatment on the 8th day after onset. The patients in the control group referred to acupuncture and moxibustion therapeutics for the treatment of facial paralysis and the basis of observation group in the control group selected point and starting point expression muscle fibers to show 40 ° to 60 °(best to 45 °)for acupunctur.Once a day,10 times for a course of treatment and after every course of treatment,,the clinical efficacy was compared and analyzed.Result:1.Grade of H-B: before treatment,H-B scores of patients in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After each treatment course, the two groups were compared between the two groups, which had significant statistical significance(P<0.05)after the first session.Significant statistical significance was observed after the second and third courses(P <0.05).2.FDI score scale: the scale scores of patients in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant and comparable(P>0.05).The FDIP and FDIS scores of the observation group and the control group were compared in the following three courses. The results of intra-group comparison showed that both treatment methods were effective in the recovery of patients with facial neuritis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FDIP score after the first course of treatment(P > 0.05),andsignificant statistical significance after the second and third courses of treatment(P<0.05).Three courses of FDIS had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Evaluation of TCM symptom efficacy:After treatment, the observation group had no effect in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.3%.The control group had no effect in 4 cases and the total effective rate was 86.7%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. After rank-sum test,P=0.033 < 0.05 was statistically significant and comparable between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Both the control group and the observation group were effective.2.The treatment of the observation group can shorten the course of treatment of facial neuritis patients;3.The evaluate the curative effect of TCM syndrome, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.
