Objective:To observe the clinical curative efficacy of the electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese acupoint treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and optimize the treatment for clinical programs.Methods:Eligible70patients with peripheral facial paralysis,which from Qingdao Hai Ci Medical Group Acupuncture Clinic,were randomly divided into treatment group(electroacupuncture combined with acupoint sticking) of35cases and electroacupuncture for the control group of35patients. Relevant standards was used into Acupuncture point selection, acupoint positioning and stimulation parameters.And acupoint application comes from self-made external Prescription" facial paralysis No.1" of our Departments, Ingredients:Honeysuckle Flower、Dahurian Angelica、Papermint、 Divaricate Saposhnikovia Roo、Beautiful Sweetgum Fruit、Yuanhu、Szechuan Lovage Rhizome、Incised Notopterygium Rhizome、Fangji Roo、Bomeol. All were mixed and grind into fine powder,which achieve ultrastructure, and transdermal agent Azone was added to reconcile all into topical agent to the point Yifeng. After treatment, the overall clinical efficacy, improvement rate, recovery time, complication rates of the2group were compared and evaluated referencing The Clinical Evaluation of Peripheral Facial Paralysis and Efficacy Criteria of The Program(Amendment).Results:2groups were compared from the aspects of the overall clinical efficacy, improvement rate, treatment time,which were not statistically significant (P>0.05);2groups were compared from the aspect of complication rate,which were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion:This study fails to confirm that electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese acupoint treatment of peripheral facial paralysis may improve the clinical efficacy and reduce treatment time; this study confirms that electro-acupuncture combined with Chinese acupoint treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can reduce the complication rate.
