Objective:The therapeutic effect of Fire Needling at Yongquan and Shaochong points combined with filiform needling was compared with that of simple filiform needling in the treatment of post-stroke depression of heart-kidney disjunction type,so as to further enrich the treatment of poststroke depression. Methods:Sixty patients with post-stroke depression(heart-kidney disjunction)who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method. Two groups of patients received basic treatment of cerebrovascular disease. The control group was treated with filiform needle acupuncture on the premise of basic treatment.Baihui,Yintang,Shuangtaichong,Shuangshenmen,Shuangneiguan,Shanzhong,Shuangxinshu,Shuangshenshu,Shuangyongquan and Shuangshaochong acupoints were selected, once a day,six days as a course of treatment, one day rest after one course of treatment, three courses of treatment. On the basis of the treatment method of the control group, the treatment group selected fire needle to point Shuangyongquan point and Shuangshaochong point, once every other day, three times a week, one week as a course of treatment, two days after a course of treatment, continuous treatment for three courses. The treatment group and the control group were treated with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Neurological Deficiency Score(NIHSS)and modified Barthel Index Scale before and after treatment, and the results were evaluated.Statistical software SPSS21.0 was selected to analyze the statistical data.Result:1.Comparison of HAMD scores between the two groups: After three courses of treatment,HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased,P<0.05,with statistical significance;comparison of curative effect scores between the two groups,P<0.05,with statisticalsignificance.2.Comparison of SDS scores between the two groups: After three courses of treatment,SDS scores of the treatment group and the control group decreased,P<0.05,with statistical significance;comparison of curative effect scores between the two groups,P<0.05,with statistical significance.3.Comparison of NIHSS score between the two groups: After three courses of treatment, the NIHSS score of the treatment group and the control group decreased,P<0.05,with statistical significance;the curative effect score between the two groups was compared and observed,P<0.05,with statistical significance.4.Comparison of Barthel score between the two groups: After three courses of treatment,Barthel score of the treatment group and the control group increased,P<0.05,with statistical significance;comparison of curative effect score between the two groups,P<0.05,with statistical significance.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups: After three courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%.The comparative analysis of the curative effect of the two groups showed that the curative effect of the fire needle combined with the filiform needle treatment group was better than that of the filiform needle control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Fire needle therapy combined with filiform needle therapy and single filiform needle therapy can effectively improve the depression degree of post-stroke depression patients with heart-kidney disjunction.2.The clinical effect of Fire Needling at Yongquan point and Shaochong point combined with filiform needling in treating post-stroke depression of heart-kidney disjunction type is better than that of simple filiform needling.
