Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Urticaria (Gastrointestinal Damp-heat Type) By Yuyingtang Decoction

Objective This paper is aimed to explore the clinical feasibility of treating urticaria(gastrointestinal damp-heat type)by Yuyingtang.Methods The author of this paper selected patients with urticaria(gastrointestinal damp-heat type)and met the inclusion criteria who visited the outpatient department of the chief physician Liu Yingqi from February 2017 to January 2019 and then randomly divided them into two groups--the treatment group and the control group with 40 patients respectively according to the random control method.In the practical study,38 patients in the treatment completed the studying process and 2 patients quitted while 35 patients in the control group completed the studying process and 5 patients quitted.The treatment group was given oral Yuyingtang,1 dose per day,2 times a day,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The control group was given oral fangfengtongshengwan,6 g/time,2 times a day,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.The scores and clinical effects of syndromes before and after treatment in the two groups were observed respectively 2 weeks before treatment,treatment for 2 weeks,treatment for 4 weeks,and 2 weeks after drug withdrawal.And SPSS23.0software was used for statistical analysis of the differences between the two groups,so as to confirm the clinical efficacy of Yuyingtang in the treatment of urticaria(gastrointestinal damp-heat type).Results1.At treatment for 2 weeks,the difference of total symptom score before and after treatment was statistically significant in each group((49)< 0.05).And the difference of total symptom score between treatment group and control group was statistically significant((49)< 0.05).2.At treatment for 4 weeks,the difference of total symptom score before and after treatment was statistically significant in each group((49)< 0.05).And the difference of total symptom score between treatment group and control group was statistically significant((49)< 0.05).And the difference of clinical effective rate between treatment group and control group was statistically significant((49)< 0.05).3.At 2 weeks after drug withdrawal,the difference of total symptom score before and after treatment was statistically significant in each group((49)< 0.05).And the difference of totalsymptom score between treatment group and control group was statistically significant((49)<0.05).Conclusions1.Yuyingtang is effective in treating urticaria(gastrointestinal damp-heat type).2.Yuyingtang is superior to Fangfengtongshengwan in treating urticaria(gastrointestinal damp-heat type).
