Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Gastrointestinal Damp Heat Type Acne Vulgar With Silver Nail And Acid

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinjia soup combined with acid in the treatment of acne vulgaris with gastrointestinal damp heat,and to observe the adverse reactions and recurrence rate.Methods: 61 cases of gastrointestinal heat type acne vulgaris patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Combined Yingjia soup with acid decoction group for the treatment group,31 cases;the pure acid group was the control group,30 cases.The treatment group and the control group were treated with acid,20% acid skin liquid coated on the face,staying 3-5 minutes,and then use the neutralizing liquid and cold spray,1 time every 2 weeks,gradually extend the residence time in the skin.The treatment group in the treatment of acid and take medicine,3 times a day,100 ml each time after meal,the total process for 6 weeks.The lesions were observed before and after treatment on the main symptoms,including the number of lesions,skin lesions,skin color,skin lesions,the secondary symptoms,including oily skin,bad breath,constipation,red urine and syndrome including main symptoms and secondary symptoms.At the same time,to observe the adverse reaction and recurrence rate.Results: 61 patients completed the treatment.The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.77%,the cure rate and the effective rate was 77.72%,the cure rate was 22.58%;the control group total effective rate was 76.67%,the cure rate and the effective rate was 33.33%,the cure rate was 6.67%.by statistical analysis,the total efficiency of two groups,the cure rate and significant efficiency were statistically significant difference(P<0.05),the recovery rate of two groups was not statistical significant(P>0.05).The treatment group adverse reaction rate was 3.23%,the control group adverse reaction was 20%.there were statistical significant of the adverse reaction(P<0.05).Two groups of patients were followed up for 2 months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of treatment group was 10%,the recurrence rate of control group was 34.78%.There were statistical significant of recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment combined Yinjia soup with acid of gastrointestinal damp-heat type of acne can significantly improve the patient’s skin lesions,the clinical efficacy is better than the simple use of acid treatment,and can reduce adverse reactions and recurrence rate.It is a curative effect Sure,safe and effective new method.This test should expand the sample size,for further clinical observation and research.
