Clinical Observation Of Danggui Shaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Function Decline With Liver Depression And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:The addition and subtraction of dangguishaoyao powder were used in the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline with liver depression and kidney deficiency,To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effect of danggui shaoyao powder on ovarian reserve decline.To provide clinical basis for the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline.Method: From December2016 to March2019,a total of 60 patients with decreased ovarian reserve function of liver depression and kidney deficiency were observed in the outpatient department of gynecology of the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.treatment group:Danggui shaoyao powder was used for addition and subtraction.150 ml was taken in the morning and evening separately.The drug was discontinued during the menstrual period,and the drug was taken for a total of 3menstrual cycles.Patients recovered were followed up at3 months after drug withdrawal.control group: Estradiol valerate tablets(1 mg/ time,1 time/ day)were administered for21 days,and dydrogesterone tablets(20 mg/ time,1 time/ day,10 days)were administered on the sixteenth day after starting the medication.Menstruation comes3-7 days after medicine stops taking.Continue to take estradiol valerate tablets on the3 rd to5 th day after blood was flow out.The method of taking medicine is the same as above.Take medication continuously for3 menstrual cycles.Patients recovered were followed up at3 months after drug withdrawal.Result:After treatment,FSH/LH and AMH values in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved,and the effect was significant compared with that before treatment(p<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,similar to that of the control group(93.33%)(P>0.05).The improvement of menstruation after internal treatment was compared with that before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).The two groups of total TCM syndrome scores were compared: the two groups of total TCM syndrome scores after internal treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).In the follow-up of the cured patients in the two groups,the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the improvement of menstrual cycle and clinical symptoms(P < 0.05),and the effect was similar to that of the control group in the improvement of AMH and FSH/LH levels(P> 0.05).Conclusion:First.Clinical application of danggui shaoyao powder plus or minus treatment of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency ovarian reserve function decline is effective.Second.Danggui shaoyao powder can improve clinical symptoms by treating liver stagnation and kidney deficiency with decreased ovarian reserve function.Third.Danggui shaoyao powder can be used to treat the decrease of ovarian reserve function of liver stagnation and kidney deficiency,and it is safe and effective.
