| Objective:Observing the clinical effects of Jiangu bolus on glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis of patients with nephrptic syndrome.Methods:44 patients with nephrotic syndrome were selected.Patients were divided into control and treatment group,22 in each, according to the random number list.On the basis of general western medicine, the control group was treated with vitamin D-calcium and alfacalcidol, and the treatment group was given vitamin D-calcium,alfacalcidol and Jiangu bolus.Observing the total efficacy of each group and the quantitative score of symptoms before and after treatment.Bone mineral density of lumbar spine and femoral neck, serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase,serumalbumin,24-hourproteinuria,intact parathyroid hormone and cumulative dose of glucocorticoid should be researched as well in the beginning, the 3rd and the 6th months of treatment. The Treatment continued for 6 months and then performed statistical processing.Results:1.44 patients were included, and 1 was shedding in both groups.A total of 42 patients completed the 6-month observational study,21 patients in each group. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 71.43%better than the control group was 23.81%(P<0.01).3.After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in treatment group were lower than prior treatment(P<0.01).After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference of TCM syndrome scores compared with prior treament in control group(P>0.05).4.The BMD values of the lumbar and femoral necks in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group at 3 and 6 months of treatment(P<0.01).The BMD values of the lumbar and femoral necks at the 3 and 6 months after treatment in both groups were lower than those in prior treatment(P<0.05).5.There was no statistically significant difference in Ca,P,ALP,iPTH and cumulative doses of GC between the two groups at 3 and 6 months(P>0.05);The values of ALB in the two groups at 3 and 6 months were higher than those before treatment(P<0.01),the values of 24hPRU were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiangu bolus combined with vitamin D-calcium and alfacalcidol can improve the symptoms of glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome.2.Jiangu bolus combined with vitamin D-calcium and alfacalcido can reduce TCM syndrome scores in patients with glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis and reduce the decrease of BMD value. Its efficacy is better than that of calcium and alfacalcidol alone. |
