| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of gout prescription in patients with hyperuricemia,it will provide theoretical basis and clinical evidence for clinical application,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:Randomized and controlled clinical research methods were used to select patients from Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was only given the western medicine febuxostat,while the treatment group was treated with Tong Feng prescription.After 2 weeks of treatment,1 month after 2 weeks of treatment and 3 months after 2 weeks of treatment were observed,to observe the changes of blood uric acid,TCM syndrome score,liver fimction and kidney function in patients with hyperuricemia.In this study,SPSS25.0 statistical software was used for statistical treatment to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group,and both groups could effectively reduce serum uric acid.2.Integral of TCM syndromes:The two groups can significantly improve the TCM syndromes of patients,P>0.05,indicating that the two groups of patients improve the TCM syndromes of the same effect.3.Comparison of uric acid between the two groups:Two groups of patients after 2 weeks of treatment,P>0.05,showing no significant difference,indicating that the traditional Chinese medicine prescription "Tong Feng prescription" and Western medicine "febuxostat" treatment effect is equivalent,can effectively reduce the level of uric acid.4.Uric acid comparison in the treatment group:The treatment group before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment compared P<0.05,indicating that the results have statistical significance,Tong Feng prescription can effectively reduee the level of uric acid.After 2 weeks of treatment,compared with 1 month and 3 months after drug withdrawal,P>0.05,which showed that there was no statistical significance.It was proved that the level of uric aeid could be maintained and the fluctuation of uric acid level was not large or not easy to rebound after the use of Tong Feng prescription.5.Comparisol of uric aeid in control group:The control group was compared before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the results were statistically significant,and the western medicine febuxostat could also effectively reduce the level of uric acid.After 2 weeks of treatment and 3 months of withdrawal,the control group had a significant difference(P<0.05).It was proved that the uric acid could not be maintained,the uric acid increased,the further rebound or the uric acid fluctuated.Conclusions:Both traiitional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can effectively treat hyperuricemia.After withdrawal,the blood uric acid in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group fluctuates little.And the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective,which embodies the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,the clinical effect of gout prescription in the treatment of hyperuricemia is clear. |
