Objective: Using data mining technology and statistical methods, the clinical experience of Professor Li Mingquan in the treatment of renal calculi disease was analyzed, and the validity and safety of syndromes were analyzed.Preliminary evaluation of its clinical efficacy and safety, and to provide clinical guidance for the treatment of renal calculi with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: In this study,we used data mining technology to analyzed the medical records of renal calculi disease collect and summarize by Professor Li Mingquan in recent years,a total of 323 cases received 1018 diagnosis.Establishment the Excel database, statistical methods such as frequency analysis, cluster analysis, parameter test,non-parametric test. Were used to explore the distribution pattern of syndromes and the law of medication, and its clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.Analysis of 323 pre-treatment symptoms, signs, tongue and vein, syndrome distribution, stone size, age and gender. The results are as follows: The frequency of the top 10 symptoms was dry mouth, nocturia, fatigue, poor sleep, waist Bulging, bitterness, abdominal pain, cold, loose stools, frequent urination, incontinence, dizziness; The tongue is one of the top 5 is dark red tongue, red tongue, dull tongue, reddish tongue, dark purple tongue; The top 5 of the tongue is hin yellow fur, yellow greasy moss, yellow greasy moss, moss Thin white, thin yellow and slightly greasy; The first 5 pulse is fine pulse, slightly slippery, pulse slip, thin pulseand Pulse slip; The first 5 syndromes are damp heat and blood stasis Kidney qi deficiency and damp heat,,kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis,Kidney qi deficiency and dampness and blood stasis, damp heat bet;The deficiency syndrome is kidney qi deficiency, kidney yin deficiency,qi and yin deficiency; The standard evidence is damp heat,Blood stasis,qi stagnation, turbidity; And the incidence of kidney stones is affected by age and gender. Most of the patients with less than 1cm of stones in the outpatients of Teacher Li.The results showed that the syndrome of kidney stones in this study is consistent with the symptoms and signs and the characteristics of the tongue and vein.2.The prescriptions of 323 cases of 1018 prescriptions were analyzed. The results are as follows: The top 20 Chinese medicines are malt, chicken inner gold,Shiwei,Lysimachia, plantain, licorice, eucalyptus, pink, and Bupleurum.Clam shell, white peony, sea gold sand, amber, achyranthes, light bamboo leaves, buckwheat, alfalfa, dandelion, astragalus,Rhizoma Imperatae. The drugs used in the top 3 are lixic medicine,heat-clearing medicine, tonic medicine;the first three Chinese medicine performance(four gas, five flavors, and returning to the classics)are flat and cold temperature, sweet and bitter and pungent, liver and stomach and lung;According to the results of cluster analysis and the clinical experience of the instructor,12 common drug pairs(amber with sea sands, etc.)were obtained. It indicates that the instructor's medication is distributed according to the syndrome type and closely matches the patient's personal characteristics.3.The curative effect analysis was performed on 76 patients who were followed up for 2 times or more. The results were as follows: Chinese medicine treatment of renal calculi, renal calculi ? 1cm group and renal calculi>1cm group, the overall effective rate was 80.78%,78.94%,cure rate(stone removal)are: 19.3%,5.26%.Among them, the symptoms and signs of patients were significantly relieved after treatment. The effective rate of renal calculi ?1cm group was 56.72%,and the effective rate of renal calculi >1cm group was 56.00%,indicating that Chinese medicine treatment of k renal calculi has an effect on the improvement of symptoms and signs; The stone size of the ?1cm group before and after treatment was compared with the sample T test, and P<0.05 was obtained, indicating that the difference was significant. The mean before treatment was greater than the average after treatment, and the stone size before and after treatment in the renal calculi >1cm group was tested by Wilcoxon test.P<0.05 was obtained, indicating significant difference, wherein the median before treatment was greater than the median post-treatment;indicating that the renal stones after treatment were smaller than the pre-treatment renal calculi. It is preliminarily found that the stone discharge rate of kidney stones ? 1cm group is higher than that of kidney stones > 1cm group. Conclusion: The formation of renal calculi is affected by age and gender.Professor Li Mingquan outpatients with patients with stones less than or equal to 1cm.Damp heat and blood stasis is the most common syndrome of renal calculi. The standard(damp heat)and yin deficiency(kidney deficiency)are the main pathogenesis of this disease. The disease mainly involves the liver, stomach, lung, kidney, spleen and viscera, and the purpose of treating diseases by regulating the five internal organs.Chinese medicine treatment attaches importance to the use of heat-clearing medicine, tonic medicine, dampness medicine,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicine, etc.,and is positively correlated with the distribution of syndromes of damp heat, blood stasis and kidney deficiency;the symptoms and signs of the first and last visits, the size of kidney stones, and comprehensive The clinical curative effect analysis of the indicators showed that Professor Li Mingquan 's traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating kidney stones. It is preliminarily concluded that the treatment of kidney stones less than 1cm is more effective than the stones larger than 1cm.Because of the differences in baseline data,it is necessary to improve the relevant experiments to confirm.
