Clinical Observation Of Fuzhengzhike Fang In Treating Post-infection Cough (Zhengxuxielian Syndrome)

Objectives:Observing and evaluating the effectiveness and safety of Fuzhengzhike Fang in treating post-infection cough(Zhengxuxielian syndrome).By observing and analyzing the changes of related indicators such as the clinical symptoms of TCM clinical symptoms,TCM total scores,TCM main symptom and signs scores,TCM secondary symptom scores,Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)scores(physiological,psychological,social)before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,which provided a certain clinical basis for the treatment of postinfection cough with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,60 patients with postinfection cough(Zhengxuxielian syndrome)in the respiratory department of“Chengdu Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine”were selected as subjects of study.Random numbers were generated according to the random number table method.The 60 patients were randomly divided into the control group by 30 cases and the treatment group by 30 cases.The control group was treated with Asami(combined methoxyphenamine capsule),and the treatment group was given Asami(combined methoxyphenamine capsule)and Fuzhengzhike Fang.The two groups were treated with 14 days as a course of treatment.After the end,it was evaluated for efficacy and safety.Data statistics and analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0 software.Results:1.Clinical efficacy of TCM clinical syndrome: The total effective rate and control rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group.2.TCM syndrome total score: Both groups can effectively reduce the total score of TCM symptoms,but the treatment group is better.3.TCM main symptom and signs scores: Both groups can effectively reduce the main symptom and signs scores of TCM,but the treatment group is better.4.TCM symptom scores: Both groups can effectively reduce the secondary symptom scores of TCM,but the treatment group is better.5.Leicester Cough Questionnaire(LCQ)score(physiological,psychological,social): Both groups can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,but the treatment group is better.6.Safety evaluation: No obvious side effects were found in the two groups of medications,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions:1.Fuzhengzhike Fang has a relatively significant clinical effect after treating post-infection cough(Zhengxuxielian syndrome).2.Fuzhengzhike Fang treat post-infection cough(Zhengxuxielian syndrome)has no adverse reactions.
