Clinical Observation Of Shenkang Suppository In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type In Stage 3-5

Objective: Shenkang Suppository is used to treat chronic kidney disease of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type in stage 3-5.The curative effect of the disease after treatment is observed,and the comprehensive curative effect and safety evaluation are made,so as to judge the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenkang Suppository in the treatment of this kind of disease and broaden the thinking for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods: In this study,64 patients with CKD3-5 stage diagnosis and TCM syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis were divided into treatment group(32cases)and control group(32 cases).The treatment group was given basic treatment of Western medicine + Bushen Huoxue Prescription + Shenkang Suppository,while the control group was given basic treatment of Western medicine + Bushen Huoxue Prescription for 8 weeks.The changes of total score of TCM symptoms,urea,serum creatinine,glomerular filtration rate and other detection indexes were observed before and after treatment,and statistical analysis was made according to the observed data.(In the final treatment group,2 cases fell off,totally 30 cases were included;in the control group,1 case fell off,totally 31 cases were included.)Result:1.The total effective rate of disease was 83.33% in the treatment group and77.41% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,possibly due to insufficient sample size,leading to no significant difference.2.Comparing TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the treatment group was90.00% and that of the control group was 80.65%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which may be due to the insufficient sample size,resulting in no significant difference.3.After treatment and before treatment,the serum creatinine in both groups decreased,eGFR improved,and P < 0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups.But the decrease of creatinine and the improvement of eGFR in the treatment group were better than that in the control group,which may be due to insufficient sample size,resulting in no significant difference.4.In the treatment group,2 patients in the Shenkang Suppository group showed significant increase in defecation frequency,anal burning and abdominal pain after using Shenkang Suppository.They were instructed to reduce the dosage of Shenkang Suppository to 1 capsule per night and the dosage of cooked rhubarb.No adverse reactions were observed in both patients.There were no obvious abnormalities of blood potassium and liver function before and after treatment in both groups,and no other adverse reactions related to drugs were found.The safety of the two groups was better.Conclusion:1.Both treatment methods can effectively improve the disease efficiency and the curative effect of TCM syndromes in patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Compared with the improvement extent of the two methods,Shenkang Suppository may improve the total effective rate of disease treatment and the curative effect of TCM syndromes,but further study is needed to expand the sample size.2.Both treatment methods can effectively reduce serum creatinine level and improve glomerular filtration rate.From the reduction of creatinine and the improvement of eGFR,Shenkang Suppository has certain therapeutic effect on both,but further study is needed to expand the sample size.3.Shenkang Suppository is safe and worth popularizing,but the dosage should be paid attention to when it is used with rhubarb drugs.
