The Clinical Observation Of Shen Kang Suppository In Treating Stage Ⅳ Diabetic Kidney Disease With Dampness And Blood Stasis

Objective:The clinical effect of Shen Kang suppository and the changes of urine protein in patients with dampness and blood stasis type diabetic kidney disease(Diabetec kidney disease,DKD)were evaluated by using Shen Kang suppository.Method:Select the DKD IV phase which accords with the inclusion criteria,and TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to 40 cases of dampness turbidity and blood stasis type.On the basis of giving patients general treatment(pay attention to rest,low salt and low fat,high quality protein,diabetes diet),symptomatic treatment(hypoglycemic,hypotensive,etc.),give Shen Kang suppository anal plug treatment,after 8 weeks of continuous use,select the pretreatment and post control method,through observation before and after treatment(1)24 hours after treatment.Urine protein quantitative(24-hour urinary total protein,UTP),serum albumin(Serum albumin,ALB),urine protein,triglyceride(Triglyceride,TG),serum total cholesterol(Total cholesterol,TC),Low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(Low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C),(2)TCM syndrome score.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the observed index data,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shen Kang suppository in treating stage IV DKD of damp turbidity and blood stasis.Result:1.The total effective rate of Shen Kang suppository in the treatment of DKD IV is 87.5%.2.After treatment,compared with before treatment,UTP decreased,ALB increased,blood lipid(TG,TC,LDL-C)decreased(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 87.5%;the total score of TCM syndrome was reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Shen Kang suppository can effectively reduce 24 hours urinary protein quantitation in diabetec kidney disease patients.2.Shen Kang suppository can effectively improve serum albumin level in patients with diabetec kidney disease.3.Shen Kang suppository can effectively regulate the dyslipidemia in patients with diabetec kidney disease.4.Shen Kang suppository can effectively improve TCM symptoms of patients with stage IV diabetec kidney disease with damp turbidity and blood stasis.
