Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wen Bao Yin addition and subtraction in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Method:To select out of60outpatients diagnosed kidney deficiency and blood stasis in with chronic pelvic inflammation, to divide randomly into30cases treatment group of the Wen Bao Yin addition and subtraction,and30cases compare group of Pen Yan Jing particle, a course is10days. Drug use one treatment observed before and after treatment after two groups of patients with clinical symptoms and signs of improving local situation.Results:1. The group of Wen Bao Yin addition and subtraction and the compare group of Pen Yan Jing particle in clinical comprehensive effect respectively are93.33%,76.67%; The efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom are93.33%,70.00%.The two groups’comparison are significant differences(P<0.05),so it explains that Wen Bao Yin addition and subtraction group was superior to the compare group of Pen Yan Jing particle.2. Total score more:two groups before and after treatment were compared in significant difference (P<0.01), between the two groups after treatment with significant difference (P<0.05), indicating that the treatment group and control group all has curative effect, Wen Bao Yin addition and subtraction group was superior to compare group of Pen Yan Jing particle.3. Effect of signs:Wen Bao Yin addition and subtraction treatment group total effectiveness83.33%, the compare group of Pen Yan Jing particle total effectiveness66.77%. Before and after treatment compared between the two groups signs curative effect has no significant difference (P>0.05), show that the two groups after treating signs similar improvement. 4.
