Observation Of The Effect Of Spleen And Kidney Tonifying, Dipsersing Blood Stasis And Dredge Collateral, Draining Turbidity Soft Firm On The Early And Midlde Term For Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of spleen and kidney tonifying,dispersing blood stasis and dredge collateral,draining turbidity soft firm to delay the progression of renal function in patients with chronic renal failure(early and middle term). Methods: 60 patients with CRF were randomly divided into 2 groups. On the basis of conventional treatment, 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with the free frying Granules of "spleen and kidney tonifying,dispersing blood stasis and dredge collateral,draining turbidity soft firm " in addition, while 30 cases in the control group were treated with Niaoduqing granule 2 groups were treated for two courses, each course of treatment for 4 weeks After the treatment, the efficacy and the index were detected, and the clinical effect of the treatment for chronic renal failure was evaluated by statistical analysis. Results:1. Comparison of curative effect of two groups: the clinical efficacy of two groups were effective,and the efficiency were 86.6% and 66.7%(P < 0.05) in the treatment group and control group respectively.In the side of TCM syndrome, the effective rate were 90% and 63.3%(P < 0.05)in the treatment group and control group respectively.2. Comparison of indexes in two groups: renal function were improved in two groups in which the TP, ALB,GLB, HGB and RBC were improved, Bun and SCR were reduced Those indexes in the treatment group were changed significantly, there were significant differences compared with the control group(P < 0.05).The effect of SCR in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, and there were significant differences(P < 0.01).3. Comparison of TCM syndrome: in improving TCM syndrome such as the food stay, languid, lumbar debility, complexion dark, abdominal distension, loose stools, Swelling of extremities, there are significant differences(P <0.05)compared the treatment group with control group. The effect of the control group in improving TCM syndrome were not good(P > 0.05). Conclusion:1.The method of “spleen and kidney tonifying,dispersing blood stasis and dredge collateral,draining turbidity soft firm” can delay chronic renal function deteriorated further in patients with CRF.which decreased BUN, SCR and improved TP, ALB,GLB, HGB and RBC, so that significantly improved complications such as low protein hyperlipidemia, renal anemia, edema.It is suggested that the effect of the method on delaying the renal function, improving the anemia and improving the hypoproteinemia on patients with CRF.2. The method of "spleen and kidney tonifying,dispersing blood stasis and dredge collateral,draining turbidity soft firm" can obviously improve the syndromes of TCM in patients with chronic renal failure(early and middle term).
