The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Verruca Plana With Qu-You-Ding Combined With Huangma Mixture

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Qu-You-Ding combined with Huangma mixture for the treatment of verruca plana and analyze its mechanism.Provide a new thought for the treatment of verruca plana.Methods: 72 patients were divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n=36).The patients in both groups were treated with Huang Ma mixture,the treatment group was treated with Qu-You-Ding,and the control group was treated with recombinant human interferon ?-2b gel.4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses were given.Before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,the changes of skin lesion scores and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.With the help of SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze the data,determine the curative effect,and draw a conclusion.Results:here were 61 cases of clinical observation in the two groups,including 31 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.Total curative effect: in the 31 cases treatment group,8 cases were cured,14 cases were obviously effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.32%;In the30 cases in the control group,4 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 9 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 70.00%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Both groups can achieve a certain effect,but in the improvement of skin lesions,the total clinical efficacy,the treatment group is generally better,for the clinical treatment of verruca oblata provides a reliable new method.
