A Clinical Observation Of Yan Hu Suo Ke Li Combined With Aoshi Kang Ding In The Treatment Of Cancer Pain

Objective To observe the effect of Corydalis granule-assisted opioid in the treatment of severe cancer pain in patients with cancer.To study the effect of Corydalis granule on the pain relief and quality of life of patients with severe cancer pain and to evaluate the safety of clinical use.At the same time,Pain awareness and treatment strategies,looking for both in the treatment of tumor-related pain at the junction.Methods Fifty-nine patients with tumor-related pain were enrolled in the Department of Oncology,four hospitals in Wuhan,Hubei Province.All patients with severe cancer pain were recruited by NRS score(7-10).The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group of 31 cases,the control group of 18 cases.All patients had no significant difference in age,sex,pathological type,clinical stage and physical condition(Karnofsky score)(P>0.05).Control group: to the initial steady state dose(pain score within 48 hours ? 3 points)Oshikangding tablets 20 mg Q12h orally,do not break open with clothes,chew.According to the pain of the titration,continuous medication for 4 weeks;observation group: the treatment group on the basis of the observation group plus Corydalis granules 2 bags Q12 h,according to the patient's pain for titration,continuous medication around.Treatment before and after treatment of blood,liver and kidney function and other indicators.After four weeks compared to the two groups of patients with pain relief rate,the number of burst pain that is the number of titration,the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.Results The pain control rate was 74.19% in the observation group and 52.17% in the control group after four weeks of treatment.There was a significant difference in pain control rate between the two groups(P < 0.05)The adverse reactions were 54.84% in the observation group and 100% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in improving the quality of life(P>0.05).Conclusions Corydalis granule combined with osycetamone can significantly improve the pain symptoms of severe cancer pain patients,can reduce the number of bursts of pain to reduce the amount of opioids,can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse effects of osycetamycin.
