| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Allergic Decoction in treating chronic urticaria of Yingwei disharmony,to explore the mechanism of Jiawei Allergic Decoction in treating chronic urticaria of Yingwei disharmony,to enrich the syndrome differentiation of chronic urticaria,and to provide new ideas for the exploration of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic urticaria.Method:A total of 72 patients with chronic urticaria from dermatology clinic of our hospital were collected.According to the random number distribution table,the patients were divided into two groups: the treatment group of Jiawei Allergy Decoction(experimental group)and the treatment group of Ebastine Tablet(control group).The patients were reexamined on the 7th,14 th,21st and 28 th day of treatment.The symptoms and signs of the patients were scored before treatment,on the 7th,14 th and 28 th days to summarize the therapeutic effect.At the 8th week,the patients were followed up,the number of recurrences was summarized,and the recurrence rate was calculated.Results: 1.Sixty-seven cases completed the experiment,34 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group,including 29 males(43.3%)and 38 females(56.7%)and more females than males.Age distribution of the subjects: 39 young patients(58.2%)and 21 middle-aged patients(31.3%)and 7 elderly patients(10.4%).2.On the seventh day of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 26.4%.The total effective rate of the control group was 26.4%.The total effective rate of the control group was 36.4%.On the fourteenth day,the treatment group was 0,3,10,and the total effective rate was 38.2%.The control group was 1,3,11 and 11.The total effective rate was 51.5% for 16 ineffective patients,55.9% for 2 cured,6markedly effective,11 effective and 15 ineffective patients in the treatment group and63.6% for 5 cured,7 markedly effective,9 effective and 12 ineffective patients in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.At the 4th and 8th weeks after the treatment,the patients in the treatmentgroup and the control group were followed up to investigate the recurrence.The results showed that there were 0 cases in the treatment group,5 cases in the control group,1 case in the treatment group and 8 cases in the control group at the 8th week after the treatment.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group at the 4th week after treatment(P=0.035 < 0.05);there was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the treatment group and the control group at the 8th week after treatment(P=0.068 > 0.05).Coclusion: 1.Most patients with Yingwei disharmony chronic urticaria have insomnia symptoms.Jiawei Allergy Decoction and Ebastine Tablets are helpful to improve insomnia.2.Jiawei allergic decoction has certain clinical effect in treating chronic urticaria of Yingwei disharmony type.It can improve pruritus of patients with chronic urticaria,reduce the frequency of attack of wind mass and shorten the duration of wind mass.3.Modified Allergy Decoction and Ebastine Tablet have the same effect on chronic urticaria.Ebastine Tablet has earlier effect than Modified Allergy Decoction,but its long-term effect is lower than Modified Allergy Decoction,and the recent recurrence rate of Modified Allergy Decoction is lower than Ebastine Tablet in general.4.Modified Allergy Decoction and Ebastine Tablets can be used together to enhance the clinical efficacy.5.Chronic urticaria has a long course,and long-term medication can help improve its symptoms and signs.6.Pruritus is an important cause of insomnia in patients with chronic urticaria.It is necessary to strengthen the management of patients with chronic urticaria,especially pruritus. |
