ObjectiveUse of standardized quality of tem body of Questionnaires in the form of chronic urticaria of the patient’s quality of the Chinese constitution, the constitution forms of distribution; there are statistical significance as a result, the Chinese constitution and the Chinese medical certificate type of relevance, for chronic urticaria of control provides an important basis, and be applied in clinical.MethodsWe conducted questionnaire survey and made clinical observation of patients suffering chronic urticaria, who paid visits to our out departments.And then we judged the types of their physical constitution through the data collected, according to the standard of classification and judgement of physical constitution of TCM introduced by Institute of Chinese Medicine.The use of TCM constitution scale to collect all the clinical data, to establish a database, calculate the percentage of body type, come all physiques, composition ratio; then used to investigate differentiating syndromes by tem to those of chronic urticaria patients. Grades and certificates to the constitution of Chinese medicine, make correlate analysis.Results1、120cases of chronic urticaria of the Chinese constitution distribution was as follows:In the male patients and9of the constitution of the situation is Wet-heat type. The frequencies of it was40.00% (26/65); In women of our subjects, the9of the constitution of the situation is:Qi-deficiency tyPe, Yang-deficiency type, Qi-stagnation type. The frequencies of them were30.91%,21.82%,20.00%.2, Observe the result discovers chronic urticaria of different and dialectical type physical endowments to have the obvious difference. The difference has to statisties to learn the meaning.(P=0, P<0.05)Conclusions1、In120cases of chronic urticaria of the Chinese constitution distribution, Wet-heat type, Qi-deficiency tyPe, Yang-deficiency type, Qi-stagnation type.
