The Clinical Research Of Phlegm And Hot Obstructing The Lung-type Of Pediatric Acute Bronchit That Treatment Of Jiawei Xiebai Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Xiebai Powder in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis of phlegm and hot obstruct the lung.Methods:Collection of 60 children enrolled in the inclusion criteria,using random grouping principle,30 cases into the test group and 30 cases into the control group.The test group was treated with Jiawei Xiebai Powder,the control group was treated with Xiaoerfeike Granule.If a bacterial infection,anti-infecting with cefixime granules;If there is high fever during treatment,using antipyretic with drugs Eliminate fever with Merrill Lynch or Tylenol.After 6 days of treatment,Observing the changes of the efficacy index and safety index before and after treatment in the two groups,The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0(Chinese version)statistical software.Results:(1)The experimental group improved the main symptoms and secondary diseases(P<0.05).In addition to the "face red" in the secondary disease,the control group improved the main symptoms and the remaining symptoms(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of individual symptoms:Among the main symptoms,the improvement of "cough cough and phlegm" in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the secondary disease,the improvement of "face red and stool" was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of combined symptoms:The improvement of “total score,total score of main symptom and total score of secondary disease” in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of curative effects:The improvement of the "Traditional TCM Syndrome" in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Xiebai Powder has a significant clinical effect in treating children with acute bronchitis of hot and phlegm obstruct the lung.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
