Study Of Sini San Cases Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Study the data of Sini San cases in modern journals and some medical monographs through data-mining technology,explore its dosage and basis of syndrome differentiation to provide basis for guiding reasonable clinical use of Sini San.Methodology:Search the related journals and some medical monographs to find the Sini San cases,collect the ancient and modern Sini San cases that meet the inclusion criteria.Standardize the data in the medical cases,and establish a database of Sini San cases by Microsoft access.Data-mining technology were used to analyze the extracted prescriptions,doses,disease identification and syndrome differentiation and related influencing factors.Results:1.326 cases involving 105 kinds of Chinese tranditional medicine(TCM)diseases,the most frequently occurring diseases are stomach pain,hypochondriac pain.2.Male high-frequency diseases are stomach pain,hypochondriac pain,impotence,diarrhea,and women are hypochondriac pain,stomach pain,jue-syndrome and abdominal pain.Children's high-frequency diseases are fever,abdominal pain,nightingale,and adults are stomach pain,hypochondriac pain,and jue-syndrome.3.303 cases describe the pulse,involving 53 kinds of pulse,the highest frequency of the pulse is the string pulse,after splitting the phase and pulse,the string pulse appears 258 times,accounting for 85.14%;241 cases describe tongue,10 kinds of tongues,the highest frequency of tongue is red tongue;283 cases describe tongue coating,cumulative 27 The tongue coating,thin white moss appeared the most frequently.4.The main symptoms was included in 1478 times,the cumulative number of 203 kinds,the highest frequency of the main symptoms are: loss of appetite,cold limbs.5.Among all the medical cases of Sini San,1case was treated with powder,325 cases were treated with decoction;30 cases were treated with Chishao,305 cases were treated with Baishao,and 94 cases were treated with Zhiqiao.232 cases were treated with Zhishi,205 cases used Shenggancao,115 cases were treated with Zhigancao.6.Among all the medical cases of Sini San,the modal number of herb medicine dose:Chaihu 10 g,Chishao10g,Baishao15 g,Zhiqiao10g,Gancao 6g.The average ratio of Chaihu,Shaoyao,Zhishi and Gancao was 1:1.57:1.04:0.72,Only 25 cases were used according to the original formula of 1:1:1:1:1.7.326 cases were flavored with Chinese materia medica in 951 times,involving 209 kinds of Chinese materia medica.The Chinese materia medica with the highest frequency of flavoring were: Yujin,Xiangfu,Dahuang.After classification and statistics,the most frequently occurring Chinese medicine in the addition of Sini San are the herbs that promote the circulation of qi or activity the blood.8.The dose of female Sini San may be greater than that of males,and the dose of Sini powder used by children is lower than that of adults.Conclusion:1.When modern clinical application of Sini San,the scope of application is significantly wider than that in the Treatise On Cold Damage.2.Sini San has significant differences in attending diseases among different genders and age groups.3.The ratio between the Sini San formula and the drug in modern clinical application is quite different from that in the Treatise On Cold Damage.4.The most frequently occurring Chinese medicine in the addition of Sini San are the herbs that promote the circulation of qi or activity the blood.5.Children use less dose Sini San than adults.
