Objective:Combining the "syndrome element" theory and "46-bit coding" technology to quantify the symptoms and syndrome types of cervical spondylopathy patients,and to realize the four diagnostic information computable and digital syndrome differentiation.analyzing the acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylopathy literature,include the clinical syndrome type,meridian and acupoint data,optimizing the traditional acupoint selection program,so as to construct a syndrome coding algorithm model of dialectical,classic,and selected acupoints.Methods:The clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 120 patients with cervical spondylopathy who met the test criteria were collected.Combine the "syndrome element" theory and "46-bit coding" technology,according to the characteristics of this disease,the "CS-23-bit syndrome element coding" was obtained to quantify the symptoms and syndromes of clinical data.The clinical data of 120 patients with cervical spondylopathy were randomly divided into two categories: training model data of 80 cases and validation model data of 40 cases to ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the syndrome model.And according to the site of the menstruation,to achieve the differentiation of meridians,them are combined to achieve syndrome and meridians differentiation.To search the related literatures 252 articles on acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylopathy,useing the association rule FP-growth algorithm to summarize and analyze the clinical and literature types of syndromes,meridians and acupoints,to optimize the acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylopathy.Result:1.The syndromes of the top 6 weights in the syndrome types of cervical spondylopathy are: wind-cold-wet type: cold=1.241,exterior=0.953,lung=0.763,qi deficiency=0.606,wind=0.602,wet=0.58;phlegm-dampness block meridians syndrome: wet=1.07,phlegm=1,spleen=0.801,qi deficiency=0.699,cold=0.518,yang deficiency=0.458;qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome: qi stagnation=1.232,blood stasis=1.127,liver=0.79,cold=0.607,kidney=0.431,qi deficiency=0.427;liver and kidney deficiency syndrome: yin deficiency=1.06,liver=1.023,kidney=0.862,heat=0.601,qi stagnation=0.564,bone=0.555;qi and blood deficiency syndrome: qi deficiency=1,blood deficiency=0.829,spleen=0.571,yang deficiency=0.571,cold=0.457,liver = 0.414.2.Validated by clinical data: the accuracy of syndrome differentiation such as liver and kidney deficiency syndrome,phlegm-dampness block meridians syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,wind-cold-wet type are 100%;qi and blood deficiency syndrome is 80%,among which The difference of syndrome differentiation in one patient was qi and blood deficiency =4.91,qi stagnation and blood stasis = 3.73;After preliminary verification,the total syndrome differentiation accuracy of "CS-23-bit syndrome element coding" algorithm model is 97.5%.3.Through the correlation analysis of literature data and clinical sensitized acupoint data,the main points of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylopathy were determined: Jingjiaji,Baihui,Tianzhu,Dazhui,Dazhu,Fengchi,Jianjing,Tianliao,Jianwaishu,Hegu,Houxi.The various types of syndromes are: wind-cold-wet type: Fengfu,Jugu,Fengmen,Tianzong,Shousanli,Lieque and Waiguan;phlegm-dampness block meridians: Zusanli,Fenglong,Jugu,Jianzhongshu,Tianzong,Zhongwan,Neiguan;qi stagnation and blood stasis: Geshu,Quchi,Xuehai,Taichong,Jianyu,Jianzhongshu,Tianzong;liver and kidney deficiency: Shenshu,Taixi,Ganshu,Taichong,Wangu,Jugu;qi and blood deficiency: Pishu,Geshu,Sanyinjiao,Qihai,Lieque,Zusanli.Commonly used acupoints in various meridians: Yangming Jing:Futu,Jugu,Pianli,Lieque,Zhongzhu;Taiyang Jing: Tianzong,Jugu,Jianzhongshu,Feiyang,Tongli,Zhizheng;Shaoyang Jing: Tianzong,Jugu,Jianzhongshu,Waiguan,Neiguan,Ligou,Guangming;Du Meridian: Fengfu,Shenting,Jugu.Conclusion:1.After analyzing the syndrome weights of the top 6 syndromes of cervical spondylopathy,it is found that the incidence of cervical spondylopathy is most vulnerable to cold,often involving the spleen,liver and kidney;and qi deficiencypeople is more likely to cause this disease.Cold,spleen,liver,kidney and qi deficiency are the main syndrome elements of this disease.2.According to the characteristics of cervical spondylopathy,after optimizing the coding algorithm,the weight ratio between the syndromes of each syndrome type in this "CS-23-bit syndrome element coding" algorithm model is basically consistent with the theory of TCM,which is in line with the dialectical thinking of TCM.After preliminary verification,the total accuracy of syndrome differentiation is 97.5%.And this model can objectively quantify the main syndrome elements of patients with cervical spondylopathy,and provide reference for clinical.3.Through correlation analysis of literature data and clinical sensitized acupoint data,the main acupoints of acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylopathy,syndrome differentiation acupoints and lesions meridians acupoints were concluded,and the selection plan of acupoints for this disease was optimized.So as to construct a "CS-23-bit syndrome element coding" algorithm model of dialectical,classic,and selected points.
