Objective: To explore the differences of different Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y)stages of Parkinson's disease, and to further analyze the risk factors of disease progression. Methods: From December 2016 to December 2018,139 inpatients with PD were collected from First Hospital of Hebei Medical University. The cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the general data and related clinical data of PD patients with different H-Y stages.Clinical data include motor symptoms?non-motor symptoms and drug use. Results: A total of 139 patients were enrolled in this study. They were divided into three groups according to H-Y stage. The baseline data showed that there were significant differences between the three groups with different H-Y stages including age, course of disease,UPDRS total score and each score(P<0.05).In non-motor symptoms, the difference between groups in NMS score,MOCA score(and each score),MMSE score,HAMA score,ADL score, abnormal stool and urine, existence of RBD were significant(P<005).The differences between groups in free T3,T4 were significant(P<0.05).For the drug use of present stage, the differences in dopazide and entacapone were significant between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in other related indicators.Logistic regression showed that no predictive factors for disease progression were found in the middle and early stages. While compared with the early stage, the late stage had older age, longer course of disease and higher UPDRS score II(activities of daily life),High levels of RBD,anxiety and depression are closely related to the progression of PD.Conclusions: 1.Patient's age, course of disease, anxiety and depression, high UPDRS score II,and the presence of RBD can affect the progress of thedisease.2.At the same time,The Braak pathological stage of PD was further confirmed by the analysis of risk factors.3.For the treatment of PD,we should actively deal with the relevant factors, improve the quality of life of PD,and delay the progress of PD.
