ObjectiyeParkinson’s disease (PD), or paralysis agitans, is quite popular in the old people as a kind of neurodegenerative disease. it is well-know for the clinical manifestations as resting tremor, rigidity, bradykinesia and abnormal posture gait. The latest Clinical guideline on diagnosis claimed that, the primary clinical symptoms of Parkinson’s disease was bradykinesia followed by tremors and rigidity. The physician have made great progress in diagnosis and treatment of the stiffness and less dynamic patten of Parkinsonhas, but no one with PD could be healed, they have to carry on their life with the pills, and watch its exacerbation. In TCM,PD mainly can be seen in "fibrillation disease","arrest" disease and other diseases, and the stiffness type belong to"arrest" disease category, we try to explore the clinical application of the treatment of PD with all methods, to increase The curative effect, reduce the side-effect, improve life quality, we are proud it has worked, Through the small sample randomized controlled trial was conducted in preliminary clinical observation of Yangxuesoft tendon therapy efficacy and safety of early and middle stage of stiffness less dynamic type of Parkinson’s disease.MethodsBy using the simple random control method, the2013-2014neural Department of internal medicine Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Parkinsondisease specialist60patients met the inclusion criteria ofearly Parkinson disease were divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with Madopar treatment, treatment group were treated with Madopa+nourishing tendons synthesis method (PD No.1+Ge Gensu injection) treatment. The two groups were treated for3months, recorded before and afterthe treatment of Hoehn-Yahr grading, UPDRS (Ⅱ, Ⅲ), PQ39scale results, any drug adverse reactions would be recorded during the experiment, using t test (with the measurement data of normal distribution) and χ2to test the efficacy results for statistical analysis, t test analysis of the therapeutic effectsbetween group pairing.Results1. Efficiency of UPDRSⅡ:Tn the test group (TG),22cases were effective,8cases ineffective, the effective rate was73.3%; The control group (CG) after treatment,4cases were effective,22cases ineffective, efficiency of13.3%, the difference was statistically significant efficiency of the two groups (P<0.05).2. Effects of of UPDRS Ⅲ:TG:effective in26cases, invalid4cases, efficiency of86.7%; CG:9cases were effective,21cases ineffective, efficiency of30%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The UPDRS scale score, after treatment, daily life integraland motor function score was significantly lower than that before treatment, comparison between groups daily integraland motor function score had significant difference, displayand nourishing the reinforcement method can relieve the symptoms of motion function, improve the quality of daily life of patients, and the curative effect is better than single pure DOPA is preferred.4. The PQ39scale score, improve the quality of life score after treatment in treatment group, the control group after treatment could not improve the quality of life score, the score of life quality between two groups were not statistically significant.5. Safety evaluation, two groups of patients before and after treatment for the relevant safety index, showed normal, suggesting higher safety in the treatment of nourishing blood and moisten the reinforcement method.ConclusionNourishing blood and moisten the reinforcement method of comprehensive Madopa for treatment of early Parkinson disease rigidity less dynamic than Madopar treatment effect is better, and better security.
