Objective: To understand the current situation of the professionalization and the existing problems of managers in public hospitals in Shijiazhuang,and to compare the professional differences of the three-level management personnel,and then analyze the reasons for the differences.On the basis of the research results,the relevant departments are provided with suggestions for improvement to improve the professionalism of the staff of the administrative department of public hospitals in Shijiazhuang.Methods:Using stratified sampling method,managers were selected in three levels in all public hospitals in Shijiazhuang,questionnaires and interviews were used to understand the situation.Data is collected using EpiData 3.0 and SPSS 23.0 is used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Basic situation: A total of 442 hospital administrators were investigated in this study.Among them,there are 28 directors at the hospital level,151 middle managers,and 263 grass-roots managers.2.Professional title and academic qualifications: The professional titles,professional technical titles,academic qualifications,first degree majors,and final degree of the third-level management personnel were statistically different(P<0.05).3.There were statistical differences in the composition of the hospital's three-level management personnel and the changes in the post(P<0.0001).4.There were statistical differences in the level of education,the frequency of participation,the composition ratio of knowledge and skill sources of the three-level management personnel of the hospital(P<0.0001).It was not helpful for the management training to help themselves(P=0.6525).5.There were statistical differences between the management age of the three-level management personnel in the hospital and the investment ratio of the management working hours(P<0.0001).6.The three-level management of the hospital had statistically significant differences in the satisfaction ratio of the rotation system,salary and management work received by the superiors(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of performance appraisal system and professional training was not statistically different(P>0.05).7.There was a statistically significant difference in the attitude ratio between the three levels of hospital administrators in hiring managers to limit professional and academic qualifications(P=0.0086).The attitude of the question of whether it is necessary to set a separate hospital management title category is not statistically different(P= 0.3521).8.The three-level management of the hospital understands the connotation of professionalization and related requirements,the evaluation of the professionalization of the current stage of construction,the evaluation of the degree of professionalism,and the attitude of the above aspects of the evaluation of the professionalization of the hospital.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The necessity of the professional construction of managers,the feasibility of the professional construction of managers,the necessity of medical background and clinical experience,the best source of management personnel,and the best career model of the best dean statistical difference was not found(P>0.05).Conclusion:The management team of the hospital still has problems with large differences in level and structure;the management personnel are mostly from the clinical profession,lacking the talents of management related professions;the hospitals have more deficiencies in the professional training of managers.In the future,the professionalization of hospital management teams needs to reform the form and content of training to promote the development of hospital management to a higher level.
