Background: Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, and surgical treatment is an important treatment.Esophageal cancer surgery will leave a great trauma, while the perioperative esophageal cancer patients with pain seriously will also affect the rehabilitation process of patients.Multi-mode preemptive analgesia is the use of a variety of methods early on the pain of patients' timely and effective intervention,so as to improve the quality of life of patients,in order to promote rapid recovery of patients.Purpose: To explore the effect of multi-mode preemptive analgesia on the rehabilitation process of patients with esophageal cancer and to promote the rehabilitation process of patients by constructing the intervention model of multi-mode analgesia. Methods: By using the method of quasi-experimental study, the inpatients of esophageal cancer in the Department of Cardiothoracic surgery of a Grade A Hospital in Shiyan City 170 patients from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected.Using convenient sampling method to divide group. The patients who met the inclusion criteria from June 2016 to May 2017 were taken as the control group, and the patients who met the inclusion criteria from June 2017 to December 2017 were taken as the intervention group. In the control group, health education, analgesic strategy, comprehensive dietary nursing and rehabilitation training were adopted. The implementation measures of intervention group were based on the control group+multi-mode preemptive analgesia. The data collected were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software. All statistics are taken on a two-sided test with a value of 0.05.Results: The main results were as follows::The pain scores of the two groups were compared at different time points(4 h,8 h,12 h,24 h,48 h,72 h)after operation, main effects are intervened,(P < 0.01);There was significant difference in pain score at different time,(P < 0.01).There was statistical significance in the number of patients getting out of bed within 24 hours,24?48 hours,48h?72h and 72 hoursafter operation between the two groups; There were significant differences in the early expectoration time 4 hours after operation,4?24 hours after operation, and 24 hours after operation,(P < 0.01),the incidence of pulmonary complications and the number of hospital days between the two groups,(P < 0.01);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups,(P >0.05).Conclusion: Multi-mode preemptive analgesia for perioperative esophageal cancer patients can effectively reduce or eliminate postoperative pain, facilitate early cough and expectoration, reduce postoperative pulmonary complications and shorten the number of hospital days, has no effect on the occurrence of adverse reactions,so as to realize the rapid rehabilitation process.
