Objective:To investigate the efficacy of preemptive analgesia in the treatment of pain after artificial joint replacementMethods:70 underwent arthroplasty 18 ~ 80 years old patients were selected From June to October 2014 in Shandong Traditional Medical Hospital the joint Department of orthopedics, according to the date of admission sequence will patients are sequentially numbered, according to the sequence of number divided into two groups, the order of the odd number of patients is the experimental group, the order is even number of patients as the control group. After screening, the remaining 33 in the experimental group, the remaining 32 in the control group, before the operation in the experimental group were given celecoxib 400 mg orally. After three days before the given celecoxib 200 mg bid, and application of patient controlled analgesia pump to drugs run out, while the control group did not give the analgesic drugs, the control group only used the self-control analgesia pump to the drug use, no longer used other analgesic drugs. To observe the basic situation of the two groups, and to carry out VAS score, and whether the patients had adverse drug reactions, and the statistics were compared..Result: VAS scores after operation three days before the two groups, the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the experimental group and the control group at postoperative day 1, day 2, day 3 VAS score have significant differences(P < 0.05); the incidence of experimental group, the overall adverse reaction rate was slightly lower than that of the control group. However, the two groups in the adverse reaction does not have significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion: In the artificial joint replacement, multimodal preemptive analgesia has good analgesic effect, can effectively reduce surgical patients with peri operative pain, and the analgesic drug caused adverse reactions, decreasing trend, improve patient satisfaction of analgesia and surgery, is conducive to the patient’s postoperative function recovery. However, the preemptive analgesia of time, and the dose of analgesic drugs and need to further study.
