| Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of patients with lung cancer treated by thoracoscopic surgery and whether it is safe and feasible.Explain the advantages of rapid rehabilitation nursing in postoperative recovery and conventional preoperative and postoperative care of patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer resection.And satisfaction with the patient's analgesic effect.Method The cases were from hospitalized patients admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery from July 2016 to June 2018.According to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,shedding and rejection criteria,the subjects were finally determined and statistically analyzed.Control group:retrospective analysis of lung cancer patients undergoing lobectomy who underwent conventional conventional care from July 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital.Observation group:Patients with lung cancer who underwent lobectomy for rapid rehabilitation care in our hospital from July 2017 to 2018.The hunger thirst was compared 30 minutes before surgery,the activity at 6 hours and 24 hours after operation,the postoperative urinary catheter,chest tube placement time,postoperative intestinal peristalsis and first defecation exhaust time,postoperative pain and Caused by discomfort,postoperative chest pain,bloating,intestinal paralysis,lung infection,atelectasis and other complications,hospitalization days and hospitalization costs are within their economic range.Result(1)There were no significant differences in preoperative general data(age,gender),TNM stage,tissue type,and preoperative FEV1 and ASA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)The degree of hunger and thirst in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 30 minutes before surgery(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(3)The activity of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 6 hours and 24 hours after operation(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The postoperative time of urinary catheter and chest tube drainage tube in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The first intestine peristalsis and the first defecation exhaust time in the observation group were earlier than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)The incidence of postoperative pain and the incidence of discomfort caused by the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(7)The number of hospital stays in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(8)The incidence of postoperative chest pain,abdominal distension,intestinal paralysis,pulmonary infection,and atelectasis was lower in the observation group than in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation care has a good application value in the postoperative recovery of thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery patients.It develops a rapid rehabilitation nursing mode,improves the rehabilitation efficiency of patients,and gives patients more effective measures for perioperative nursing intervention.Improving the quality of life,providing an important experimental basis and theoretical basis for improving the quality of life or improving clinical symptoms in patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer resection,can help to promote postoperative recovery of patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery and improve the overall quality of life of patients. |
