| Background: With the rapid development of social economy,mental disorders have become a global problem.As a kind of “High burden disease”,mental disorders are chronic diseases,and the cure rate is low.Patients are difficult to reintegrate into society ?And,it imposes a serious burden on families and society.Objective: 1?Understand the basic situation of patients with severe mental disorders network management in Dingshuo Town,and master its epidemiological characteristics 2?In order to understand the effectiveness of the work of severe mental disorders in Dingshu Town after 5 years of serious mental disorder management.3?Provide an objective basis for the government to formulate policies for the relief of patients with severe mental disorders in the later stage,in order to further strengthen the management of serious mental disordersMethods: 1.Through the National Severe Mental Disorder Information System,summarize the information of all patients in Dingshu Town and conduct a descriptive analysis.2?Evaluation of community management results by comparing patient detection rate,patient management rate,physical examination rate,consent management rate,risk assessment,medication compliance,etc.in 2012 and 2017Results: 1?As of October 2017,there were 837 severely mentally handicapped patients registered in Dingshu Town,of which 795 were consented to management,42 were refused to manage.2?There are cases of male and female morbidity in the registered patients,the ratio is 1.1:1;all ages have morbidity,the age is concentrated in 18-59 years old,of which 45-59 years old,accounting for 39.78%,followed by 18-44 years old,accounting for 35.13%;The education level is mainly junior high school and below,accounting for 86.62%;the occupation is mainly farmers,accounting for 44.44%;the married status is 44.68%,the unmarried is 41.82%;the family economic situation is mainly poverty,accounting for 89.37%.3?Among patients with severe mental disorders,the majority of patients with schizophrenia accounted for 46.12%,followed by 36.92% of patients with mental retardation(with mental disorders).4?Among the registered patients,795 patients were agreed to manage,of which 766 were managed by community doctors,29 were hospitalized,and were managed by the hospital where they were hospitalized.The management rate is 94.98%,and the standard management rate is 94.98%.5?From the perspective of medication compliance,the medication rate was 69.69%,and the regular medication rate was 65.79%.6?Effect evaluation: In 2012,the book registration rate,consent management rate,and medication rate were 2.61‰,59.65%,and 48.54%,respectively,and in 2017,4.52‰,94.98%,and 69.69%,respectively.After statistical analysis,2017 was significantly higher than 2012.In 2012,the risk rate was 15.21%,and in 2017 it was 3.77%.After statistical analysis,2017 was significantly lower than that in 2012.The physical examination rate in 2012 was 39.16%,and in 2017 it was 41.64%.After statistical analysis,there was no significant increase in 2017 compared with 2012.Conclusions: 1?At present,most of the patients with severe mental disorders in Dingshu Town belong to the young and middle-aged labor force,mainly farmers,the family economic situation is very poor,the level of living security is low,and most people do not have employee social medical insurance;patients with schizophrenia The main;patients can basically agree to management,patient compliance is better.2?After the hospital-community integration management model has been working for many years,the rate of registration,the agreement management rate,and the drug-taking rate have increased significantly.The rate of danger level greater than or equal to 3 is significantly reduced.It is suggested that the management of patients with severe mental disorders in Dingshu Town is slightly effective. |
