Study Of Hospitalization Indemnity And Service Satisfaction In Urban-rural Residents Basic Medical Insurance

In the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents,inpatient compensation and service play an important role in ensuring the health of the insured residents.Based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and the combination of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper makes a systematic analysis of hospitalization compensation,service satisfaction and its influencing factors in urban and rural residents' basic medical insurance in Tai'an: first of all,The related concepts and theoretical basis of hospitalization compensation and service in basic medical insurance are expounded.Secondly,it summarizes the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents in Taian city and its current situation of hospitalization compensation and service.Thirdly,through the questionnaire survey,it analyzes the basic situation of urban and rural residents to basic medical insurance.Thirdly,by using single factor and dual Logistic model,the influencing factors of hospitalization compensation and service satisfaction in urban and rural residents' basic medical insurance are found out.Finally,some suggestions are put forward to improve hospitalization compensation and service satisfaction in basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents.Through the analysis of the study,we draw the following main conclusions:(1)Summarizing the development of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents in Tai'an City,Shandong Province,it can be clearly judged that it has gone through two stages of urban-rural development and urban-rural integration development.The first stage is the stage of urban-rural development(2003-2013).The medical insurance in urban and rural areas is separated,that is,the city is the basic medical insurance for urban residents and the rural area is a new type of rural cooperative medical care.The second stage is the stage of urban-rural integration(2014-present),which combines the basic medical insurance of urban residents and the new rural cooperative medical insurance to form the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents.At this stage,Taian,urban and rural areas The organization mechanism,financing mechanism,compensation mechanism and supervision mechanism of residents' basic medical insurance have been established and can operate normally.(2)According to the questionnaire,the overall satisfaction of hospitalization compensation and service in the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents in Tai'an is higher than that of hospitalization compensation and hospitalization service.Specifically,the overall satisfaction rate of hospitalization compensation and service in basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents was 87%,the satisfaction rate of hospitalization service and hospitalization compensation was 84.4% and 86.3% respectively.The reason is that the insurance staff have a higher impression of hospitalization compensation and service as a whole,but because the sub-index of satisfaction is more specific,so when it comes to various specific issues,the insured personnel often have different opinions.As a result,satisfaction with the hospitalization compensation and service sub-items was lower than the overall Satisfaction.(3)According to the questionnaire,the overall satisfaction of hospitalization policies,the attitude of health care workers and other factors.Among them,the positive factors include participation grade,top line,policy propaganda,service efficiency and service attitude,government subsidy,medical condition and health level,inpatient reimbursement formalities and service attitude of medical staff.Negative influencing factors include individual payment standard,starting line and medical cost level.(5)In order to improve the satisfaction degree of the insured residents to the hospitalization compensation and service in the basic medical insurance of urban and rural residents,it is necessary to take many measures:(1)In the fixed-point medical institutions,the first is to improve the attitude of the medical personnel,the second is to increase the investment of the primary medical institutions;Third,reasonable control of medical expenses level;fourth,to improve medical conditions,facilities and technical level.(2)In the improvement of medical insurance agencies: first,strengthen the propaganda of medical insurance policy;The second is to shorten the first processing cycle of social security cards.(3)In improving the current policy of inpatient insurance,the first is to expand the category of diseases and drugs that can be reimbursed,and the other is to adjust the setting standard of the starting line reasonably.
