Comprehensive Evaluation Research On The Level Of Supply Of Medical Health Resources In China Under The Background Of "New Healthcare Reform"

The Standing Committee of the State Council passed the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Health Care System Reform" in January 2009,This marks the start of a new round of China's reform of the medical and health system,In the following years,There are continuing macro-level policy plans that set requirements for the overall level of China's medical and health resources.With the development of the social economy,the achievements in the reform of the health care system have gradually emerged,How to meet the growing health security needs of the people while at the same time enhancing their “sense of gain” in the reform of the healthcare system has become an important research topic.So far,a new round of medical and health system reform has been carried out for ten years,and under this background,it has become an important significance of this study to evaluate the level of medical and health resources supply based on the past development process,and then provide reference for future development.This article is based on this background,Considering China's medical and health resources as the research object,and taking the level of resource supply as the research category,Using macro data as support,A qualitative analysis and a quantitative analysis method were used to evaluate the supply of medical and health resources in China.In order to achieve the purpose of summarizing the past development and providing reference for future development.Quantitative analysis phase as a key part,The research perspective of this article is divided into two dimensions: vertical and horizontal.In the vertical dimension,a comprehensive assessment was made of the development trend of the supply of medical and health resources in China from 2005 to 2016,in the horizontal dimension,the difference between the resources supply level of China's provinces in 2016 is analyzed as a time node.In order to better analyze problems and solve problems,the article also analyzes the influencing factors of inter-provincial resource supply levels.The article takes a descriptive statistical analysis,entropy TOPSIS,RSR method and multiple stepwise regression analysis.The main research conclusions of this paper are: Firstly,Between 2005 and 2016,the supply of medical and health resources in China steadily increased,and compared to 2005,the level of resource supply in 2016 has been greatly improved,In addition,the trend of change is different around 2009;Secondly,In 2016,there were significant differences in the level of resource supply among different provinces and regions in China;Thirdly,The demand and price for medical and health services are the dominant factors affecting the supply of medical and health resources.Human and material resources have different degrees of influence.Finally,the article is problem-oriented and combines actual development conditions to provide an optimization strategy for the future improvement of the supply of medical and health resources in China.
