Research On The Performance Of Financial Input In Provincial Health Care Reform Pilot Provinces

On April 6,2009,the news of the new medical reform announced that basic health care services will be provided as a public product to the people of the whole country and shared by the people of the whole country.The new health-care reform programme has a clear requirement for the proportion of financial input from central and local governments,while at the same time requiring provincial governments to take on more security obligations.Therefore,from the point of view of local government,it is convenient for us to investigate the effect of the new medical reform under the co-ordination of the provincial level,and to clarify the direction of the further deepening of the new medical reform,so as to investigate the actual performance of the financial input of the new medical reform in the new medical reform.Under the background of the new medical reform in our country,this paper intends to put the government's financial input into practice.On the basis of the analysis of the efficiency of the DEA model,the efficiency of the government's financial input in the four provinces of Jiangsu,Anhui,Anhui and Qing is studied,and the analysis of the efficiency of the medical and health input in the four provinces is analyzed according to the DEA model.In this way,the change reason and the improvement direction of the change trend of the health-care input efficiency in the four provinces are explored.The first section of this article is the introduction section,this section is mainly about the general introduction of the thesis,including the background information of the related arguments in this paper,the research significance,the research contents of this paper,the goal of this paper writing and the technical road map on the whole thesis;The second section is mainly about the interpretation of the concept of performance and its connotation and the research status of the medical efficiency at home and abroad,and the research methods and innovation points adopted in this paper are obtained.The third part deals with the basic situation of the government's financial input in the four provinces.The Analysis of the Macro-frame of the Efficiency Evaluation of the Government's Financial Input from the Perspective of the Public Management Angle;This paper discusses the output effect of government financial input of health care reform in four provinces.The fourth part is the content of evaluation and analysis.Based on the relevant data of nine years from 2008 to 2016 in four provinces,the DEA model is used to analyze the efficiency of government financial input and medical output in the process of new health care reform in the four provinces.And explore the theoretical and practical significance of the results of data analysis to promote a better understanding of the health care improvement situation in the four provinces after the implementation of the new medical reform policy.The fifth part is the system improvement and suggestion,summarizes the research and analysis results of this paper,and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for improvement according to the results.Section 6 The content of this thesis is the innovation point and the research of this thesis.
