Changes Of Surface Electromyography Signal In Patients With Sacroiliac Joint Dislocation After The Intervent Ion Of The Technique Of Suspension Training Combined With Massage

Objective : This study using technique of suspension training combi ned with massage of sacroiliac joints staggered joints disease interventi on in patients,pain were observed before and after intervention in pati ents with visual analogue scale(VAS)score change and reflect back muscl e fatigue and muscle strength index methods of electricity,and analyze t he related data,the sacroiliac joints staggered joints disease patient's pain symptoms and dysfunction of the change.Using scientific methods to explore the mechanism of curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation,p roviding a new scientific basis for the effective clinical application of technique of suspension training combined with massage.Methods : This research method according to the standard screen into60 cases included in the standard objects,randomly divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,namely,group A(massage treatm ent group),group B(technique of suspension training combined with massa ge treatment group),30 cases in each group,two groups of patients at th e same time,both for 30 min/time,1 time/day,5 times per week,2 weeks for a row of treatment,two courses of continuous treatment.Records of p atients before and after 4 weeks of treatment VAS score changes and the methods of electric strength index,the degree of muscle fatigue of relate d index changes,compared two groups of curative effect between different effect as well as the two groups before and after treatment comparison,carries on the statistical analysis,compare under different treatments of sacroiliac joint disease of staggered joints leads to the clinical cur ative effect of low back pain,and analysis and discussion.Results :After treatment,VAS scores of group A and group B were sig nificantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the reductio n index of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P < 0.05);After treatment,the IEMG values of group A and group B were signific antly higher than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the increase ind ex of group B was more obvious than that of group A(P < 0.05);MPF value s of group A and group B were significantly decreased after treatment tha n before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease index of group B was more significant than that of group A(P < 0.05).Conclusion :The treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation by massag e and technique of suspension training combined with massage have obvious clinical effect.And technique of suspension training combined with mass age treatment of sacroiliac joints staggered joints disease cause of low back pain is better than massage therapy,technique of suspension trainin g combined with massage can more effectively relieve patients with lower lumbar pain,improve the patient's waist dysfunction,improved the muscle strength and endurance of the core muscle group.The technique of suspen sion training combined with massage deserves further clinical research an d popularization.
