Objective: To find a more convenient and effective treatment for women with non-specific chronic low back pain. The aim is that explore the effective theoretical basis of respiratory muscle training for non-specific patients with chronic low back pain, especially the Feedforward control mechanism which affects the ability of lumbar posture control. In addition, the study aims to explore the effect of comparison between the combined training of respiratory muscle training and conventional core training. Methods: The subject has 57 people, divided into common healthy Group(CH)30 people and non-specific chronic low back pain(NLBP)Patients intervention Experimental Group 27 people, the experimental group was randomly divided into Powerbreathe respiratory muscle training group(PB),general core training group(TB)and mixed training group(PB+TB)of 9 persons per group for 8 weeks,3 times a week,20-30 minutes of training each time. The subjects were measured by visual analogue score for pain(VASP),Oswestry disability index(ODI),lumbar joint activity, pressure center metastasis, core deep muscle group surface electromyography(SEMG)and muscle delay response.Results:1.Before the training intervention of the experimental group compare with the common healthy group result in that VASP,ODI,lumbar joint activity, pressure center metastasis, the difference value SEMG of core deep bilateral muscle and muscle delay response, all have more significant effect(P<0.01).2.After respiratory muscle training or mixed training, there are significant differences in VASP,ODI score and lumbar joint activity(P<0.05),and the longer the intervention time, more significant effect; The RMS and IEMG of the diaphragm and abdominal transverse muscle standing in abdominal respiration are significantly increased(P<0.05),and the significant difference between the left and right sides disappeared.3.After respiratory muscle training or mixed training,in the dynamic test of lumbar posture control ability, there is no significant difference in the left and right direction of the pressure center, and there are significant differences between the anterior and posterior pressure center transfer, the RMS of the abdominal transverse muscle and the multi-lobed muscle, the muscle delay reaction(P<0.05).4.After 8 weeks of training, there is a significant difference(P<0.05)between VASP,ODI,pressure Center transfer and multi-lobed muscle delay response in the regular core training group, but there is no significant difference in other aspects. The results :showed that the training of powerbreathe ventilator, the training of Thera-band progressive resistance core stabilized muscle group and the combination of the two could reduce the pain and activity disorder of NLBP patients, increase the activity of lumbar joint, enhance the muscle strength of core stable muscle group, and improve the control ability of waist posture. However, the effect of respiratory muscle training combined with the conventional core training of muscle group training is almost equal to respiratory muscle training and it’s all better than regular core training.
