OBJECTIVE: This paper aims to study the related factors affecting the treatment effect of patients with silicosis. This study used questionnaires and statistical analysis methods for patients with tuberculosis to find relevant factors affecting the treatment of tuberculosis patients, and to explore the effects of different factors on treatment. The difference in impact,at the same time, comparative analysis of the difference between patients with tuberculosis and simple tuberculosis patients, and based on the actual results for the clinical treatment of patients with silicosis. Methods: From January 2012 to December 2016,a tuberculosis patient in a tuberculosis hospital in Beijing was selected as a research subject with simple pulmonary tuberculosis, and questionnaires and telephone follow-up were conducted. The content of the questionnaire mainly includes the patient's sociodemographic information, clinical performance results information, laboratory test results information, diagnosis and treatment process and treatment effect information.Telephone follow-up is the supplement and confirmation of the questionnaire. All data results were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0.The main statistical analysis methods were descriptive statistics, single factor analysis, multivariate analysis, correlation analysis and comparative analysis.RESULTS: Spearman correlation coefficient between age and treatment effect was: r=-0.394,P=0.001;Spearman correlation coefficient between occupation and treatment effect was: r=0.189,P=0.111;body mass index(BMI index)and therapeutic effect The Spearman correlation coefficient was: r=-0.440,P=0.000;the difference in treatment efficiency between patients with different marital status was statistically significant(2=6.575,P=0.025);the difference in the effect of monthly household income on treatment outcome was not Statistical significance(2=0.800,P=0.459);the difference in treatment outcome between patients with different initial treatment duration was statistically significant(2=5.131,P=0.024);age <45 years(OR==0.063),95% CI=0.002~0.557),symptomatic findings(OR value=0.176,95% CI=0.039~0.798),and the number of tuberculosis lesions no more than 3(OR value=0.013,95% CI=0.001~0.199)Effective protection factors for patient treatment.Silicosis II,III(OR = 5.124,95% CI = 1.442 ~ 7.375;OR = 13.8886,95% CI = 1.807 ~ 106.713),smoking for more than 20 years(OR = 3.353,95% CI = 0.003 ~ 0.550)is a risk factor for the treatment of patients. Conclusion: The factors affecting the treatment effect of patients through correlation analysis, single factor analysis,multi-factor analysis, the results show that age, silicosis, smoking history, whether the cause of the disease and the number of tuberculosis have an impact on the treatment of patients,It is suggested that in the treatment of patients with silicosis, attention should be paid to patients with a history of smoking, older age, stage II,III of the silicosis, and more than 3 tuberculosis lesions.Targeted intervention measures are given to improve the quality of life. The nursing work of patients with silicosis should be strengthened, the ward environment should be ensured, the temperature and humidity of the ward should be controlled, the patient's complications should be closely tracked, the patients should be guided to exercise cardiopulmonary function, and the patient's psychological care should be paid attention to and informed by the patient's family.
