Clinical Analysis Of 21 Cases Of Internal Hemorrhoids Treated With Lauromacrogol Injection Under Colonoscopy

ObjectiveThrough retrospectively analyzed and counted the effective rate,complications and treatment cost of 21 patients with internal hemorrhoids(intemal hemorrhoids)treated with lauromacrogol(lauromacrogol)injection under colonoscopy,to evaluate the clinical effect of endoscopic lauromacrogol injection in treatmet of internal hemorrhoids.MethodFrom January to December 2018,there were 21 cases of internal hemorrhoids patients in our department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University according to the standard of clinical diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhoids(2006 edition)and received lauromacrogol injection under colonoscopy.Through 3?12 months follow-up,I counted the effective rate(If there are more than one symptom,count it separately),the complications and the cost of treatment.Results1.The Pain,distention and discomfort symptoms of 7 patients with internal hemorrhoids were disappeared after lauromacrogol injection,and the effective rate was 100%?2.After the first injection,12 internal hemorrhoids patients with clinical manifestations of hemorrhage stopped bleeding.The hemostatic rate of one injection is 85.7%(12/14).The other 2 cases were completely hemostatic after the second injection?3.After injection of lauromacrogol,8 of 9 patients with prolapse of internal hemorrhoids were no longer prolapse,and the effective rate was 88.9%(8/9)?4.In 21 patients with internal hemorrhoids treated by lauromacrogol injection,one patient had a sense of anal distension and disappeared one month later,no anal discomfort,secondary infection and bleeding occurred in the rest of the patients.There were no serious complications such as postoperative hemorrhage,perianal abscess,anorectal stricture and so on.5.The cost of single colonoscopic injection of lauromacrogol was 1285.6±37.3yuan.Conclusions1.The treatment of internal hemorrhoids with lauromacrogol sclerosing injection under colonoscopy is simple and easy to operate,and other colonoscopy examination and treatment can be carried out at the same time.2.The clinical effect of lauromacrogol injection under colonoscopy in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids is good.3.The incidence of complications is low in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids with lauromacrogol injection under colonoscopy.4.The cost of treatment is low in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids with lauromacrogol injection under colonoscopy.
