Objective:To investigate the expression of predictive target gene of miR-196a-3p in common gynecological cancer tissues, verify the expression of CORO1C protein in cervical cancer tissues, and predict the possibility of its becoming a new biomarker and therapeutic target for cervical cancer. Methods:PART ?:1.Prediction of target genes for microRNAs-196a-3p based on four bioinformatics websites,DIANA-MICROT,MIRDB,MICRORNA and Target Scan.2.Immunohistochemically technique was used to predict the expression of four target genes in common gynecological tumors, and screening the target genes.PART ?:1.Using Oncomine database to analyze the expression of CORO1C protein in common gynecological tumor tissues and normal tissues;2.Differential expression of CORO1C protein in cervical cancer and its normal tissues and its correlation with clinicopathological features were verified by tissue chip immunohistochemistry. Results:PART ?:1.Through four bioinformatics websites,DIANA-MICROT,MIRDB,MICRORNA and TargetScan, four candidate target genes of miR-196a-3p,ARF4,CORO1C,ZNF280B and NRP2,with proto-oncogene function, were selected.2.Immunohistochemical staining showed that CORO1C protein was positively expressed in cervical cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer.Comparing the positive expression rate with the positive intensity,it was suggested that CORO1C protein was highly expressed in cervical cancer.PART ?:1.The results of Oncomine database showed that CORO1C protein was significantly different in cervical cancer(second parts, figures 1,2);2.The high expression rate of CORO1C protein in cervical cancer was higher than that in normal tissues(P<0.05)(second parts, tables 1).The correlation between the high expression rate of CORO1C and clinical characteristics of patients was analyzed.Transfer related(second parts,tablesConclusions1.The expression of CORO1C protein in common gynecological tumors was higher than that in normal tissues, especially in cervical cancer.2.The high expression of CORO1C protein in cervical cancer tissues is associated with lymph node metastasis.CORO1C protein is involved in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
